The pool was fabulous, the lobby was comfortable.

Some staff were not super friendly.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel right on the Camino way.The room was of a good size, very clean, and the restaurant was very nice.Breakfast was great.

Great hotel to relax during Camiño. The swimming pool area is quiet despite the proximity of the road. The road is not busy at all.

Check out process was slow.

The dinner and breakfast buffets were very delicious! The location was pleasant and quiet. Very near the trail system.

The hotel is a bit off the Camino but it was the only one we could find to accommodate our group of 8. There is little around for dining so we ate at the restaurant. The buffet dinner was terrible and very expensive. Breakfast was similarly disappointing. Bonus little bottle of port was nice in the room but our room did not have it and we had to phone down and ask for it - also did not get the robe or slippers.

This hotel is on the Camino but for Camino pilgrims beware it is far from the city. Pilgrims - **GET DINNER** in the city before walking here (see negatives below). The hotel itself is exceptionally clean so it should get a good rating for that. It is on the river walk option for the Camino.

The hotel restaurant is really awful. Sorry that's the best I can describe it! We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel since it was pouring rain and we were too far from city restaurant alternatives. The hotel restaurant is buffet style and the food that is supposed to be hot quickly cools since there are no warming pans or heat lamps. The food quickly becomes a selection of cold unheated options (some of the choices are intentionally cold and look like leftovers.) Worst of all were the flies swarming and landing on the food. The breakfast buffet was just as bad and just as many flies.

Dinner food should be better for price. Missing coffee or tee machines in the room.missing indoor entertainment (eg, table tennis)

Very clean, bed was comfortable enough. Right on the Camino. Pretty grounds.

Meals weren't great, but there aren't really other options if you're walking the Camino. Maybe bring in some food or order out.

Good location for wedding nearby. Plenty of parking.

Rooms very basic, twin beds, no iron in rooms, no glasses in rooms, very basic toiletry products, very limited gym facilities. Bad breakfast buffet and not refilled closer to 1030

The location was great and the range available at breakfast was good.

The air conditioning would only provide heat and kept starting up automatically. We could switch it off but we couldn’t change to provide cool air. Apparently the whole hotel was the same.

Great location along the Portuguese Camino. Room was comfortable. Was right next to an historic fort that we explored.

The hotel was mostly empty and was disappointed to have neighbors right next door who would slam their doors. would have liked a bit more separation.

was a wonderful stay. Meticulously clean, dinner buffet was great and breakfast was superb! I would highly recommend to not only camino walkers who are doing the Minho River walk but ANYONE!

The staff is not professional , a cue for check in and check out . Not enough people in the front desk.They can onlt give you 1 key per room.Breakfast was just ok for the hotel categorie

Breakfast was very good. We had a room to the river with a beautiful view. Nice bathroom. Staff very friendly.
