We stayed here as part of a cycling holiday and we wanted a stop near Langemark, so this place was ideal.Important to our choice was that we could eat on site, bit they notified us a couple of days before our visit that the restaurant would be closed. However they were superb and offered to make us a meal for us to microwave, so that worked out well

We were the only people in the building overnight, so a bit strange!

The toys in the garden for children were great.

The towels weren't very big/there weren't enough big towels for a 3 person room.

Very friendly greetings, great room, big comfy bed, nice bathroom. Quiet. Good spot to rest after exploring the local area. Safe place to store and charge our bikes. Nice looking bar and restaurant on sight.

Nice Hotel/Bar/Restaurant. Easy to find, secure off street parking for our motorbikes (5)Owners present and very helpful. Great bar area with outside seating. Rooms big and comfortable, our bathroom was big and well equipped

Excellent hosts, superb meal, quiet location. Good sized room, wide screen, wall mounted TV and very good aircon..

Picked a day when the restaurant wasn’t open but everyone needs a rest .

Very nice building completely modernised. Had a good dinner there and the beers on the menu are greath. A lot of choice.A good place to go to all the remembrance places about WWI.We also visited the Menenport in Ieper. Is close by.

Covered bike storage in the open courtyard. Good dinner in the restaurant.

Traffic noise at night which can’t be helped

It was absolutely amazing! Loved the hotel and the hosts were above and beyond. Already planning our next trip back. We had a tour of the hotel and restaurant when arriving and the hosts answered all of our questions quickly and with no problems.

Absolutely nothing. The hotel is amazing great value for money and the restaurant was gorgeous. The burger was the best burger ive eaten, the meat was amazing.

Only 1 detail: there was a small step between the room and the bathroom, which surprised me in the dark. Could perhaps be made a bit more visual in order to avoid falling down.

From the moment we arrived the host was extremely friendly, gave us a short tour of the facilities and how to use the secure entry & exit gates. We were offered complimentary drinks (beer) on arrival.We decided to have breakfasts & evening meals. Breakfast was a continent style with all you would expect and was 1st class.The evening dining was exceptional, the menu choice was vast and quality superb and can recommend the Flemish Stew.There is also a large selection of beers and wine to choose from.Extremely biker friendly with secure under cover parking available.

Just the one annoying mosquito that refused to die!There were also some major roadworks in the village but did not spoil the visit.

Just a pity the hotel did not have its own carpark, rather than having to leave ones vehicle on the street opposite the hotel, albeit under street lights.

I have to give my credits to the owners, they have really put some effort in making me as guest feel like home. I had an issue with WiFi and Stijn gave his best to help me out, reorganisig the current router layout. Really rare hospitality.
