Excellent pre-arrival communication.. We asked whether an iron board and an iron were available before arrival and found them already in the room when we arrived.Mineral water in fridge (but tap water is excellent).Breakfast good.Slightly outside village- so one needs a car; however, it's very tranquil. Good wifi, comfortable matress.

The location is great for nature lovers. Beautiful hill atop the village with mountains all around. The staff is really nice and helpful, from reception to poolside restaurant.

Unfortunately, several things:- it was unclear how to operate the a/c. The first night we couldn’t sleep as the a/c barely worked. - Hot water seldomly worked and the water even stopped during a shower. - Pool water was murky and didn’t feature even minor heating, it was freezing. - Reception was barely staffed

What a beautiful place in Thermos. Off the path a bit from any large cities and a close walk to a very cute town. The restaurant was very good, room was beautiful and the view was amazing. I highly recommend your stay here if you wish to have a bit of quiet and peace with some scenery. The staff was very good at communicating and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, very close to Thermo (but you do need a car).Friendly owners. Effective communication before arrival.Easy check in and check out.Strong wifi (free of charge).We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, the room was spacious, the balcony had a view over the mountains. Be advised that there were no cooking utensils, plates, detergent or towel in the kitchenette. It was winter when we visited but the room was warm. Good breakfast, with both sweet and savory choices.

The location is great. Breakfast was good. The staff nice. Amenities were functional. The restaurant in the hotel was also good.

The hotel is located just outside of the mountain town of Thermo. We were there for a baptism, namesday celebration, and holy day of the Virgin Mary. The village is lively and beautiful, and staying at Thermo Apollon is a quiet getaway from Thermo village celebrations.The property is immaculate with lovely flowers, decorative trees and a great pool for relaxation.

More variety in the breakfast menu. Scrambled eggs, fresh village bread, Greek cheeses, and olives would be excellent.

Everything was great. The staff and Olga were kind and helpful, the location, the facilities.

Room design was old styled but OK for the price.

The hotel is situated at a lofty height like a solitaire, framed by a green mountain landscape. Even at the height of summer, the climate is pleasant and as soon as the sun goes down, it cools down noticeably. With the windows open (insect screens are installed here as standard), you can often sleep wonderfully without air conditioning. The peace and quiet at night naturally does the rest. The food is delicious. The fresh ingredients come almost exclusively from their own garden and you are reminded of what tomatoes can really taste like. The dishes are mainly Greek home cooking. The biftekia are the best I have ever tasted. And on top you get a sweet delicacy, also homemade. The perfect finish!The best comes at the end. The staff are consistently warm, courteous and always available for our requests. This applies to everyone who works there: Reception, restaurant and housekeeping. All reasons to definitely come back.

Beautiful location, good food, and the kids pool and amenities is a plus! We had a great time there.

The arrangement of the breakfast could be improved. The cold water in our bathroom had zero or little pressure.

Great location! Perfect room. Very friendly people welcoming me.Food in the restaurant was also very tasty and at a good price.Was only one night, but I wish I could stay longer and also check out the surroundings more.Thermos at walking distance with shops and taverns.

Beautiful setting, very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable hotel with a nice pool and terrace and a restaurant on the premises. Easy breakfast option.

Shame the morning pool hours are relatively limited. We had two rooms, air conditioning was quite weak in one room. In the end, we slept comfortably, though.

The staff was AMAZING. A gem in the mountains. Clean every one treated me with respect and kindness. Olga at reception is a joy with an open heart. The owner and his wife made sure you had everything you needed.

The only downside to this amazing place is the wifi is a little temperamental.

Well maintened, beautiful outside spaces, and a swimming pool that the kids enjoyed very much - we also spent many hours there drinking and eating. The food was very good, so was the breakfast. Amazing, helpful and kind staff, they went out and beyond and allowed us to extend our check out with no problem, since no other booking had been made. Clean and very spacious rooms, with many facilities. A trully idyllic place.

The rooms were a bit outdated and simple.

I had to work from there and take recorded calls for a large company, the wifi was great. I appreciated the attention from the staff who did their absolute best although not everyone spoke English.I loved the balcony and the view on Greek mountains!I would definitely recommend and will stay here next year!

Great breakfast. Beautiful views from stone cottages. Nice pool when quiet in the morning. When it's shut in the evening it's relaxing to sit for a drink and meal by it. Lovely food. Mario great restaurant and bar manager.

Says spa shower but they are old and blocked by calcium. They need replacing with simple overhead shower.

The location was great providing both exceptional views and a welcoming breeze in the evening. Amenities were excellent and the external clothes line was an added bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
