Smart Hotel Kreisel Self check-In

I had no idea there was no air conditioning. We had to open the windows for air. We were right by the roadway so it is super loud. You never interact with a person upon check in. You have to use a kiosk and pay extra if you want to park. Way too expensive here for what you get

This place is functional. It's clean and has all that you need in providing a clean bad and shower to use. As a Brit I was pleased to see the UK channels on the TV. Not always a given even in more expensive hotels.

Check in was getting to be tricky. Read everything carefully. Also, somewhat the location of the breakfast room evaded me until I saw sign, by chance. It would be really useful to include this information in the room, along with the TV guide. The bed wasn't quite comfortable enough so while I booked an overnight stay to avoid an early morning, I still have an early morning! Such is life.Breakfast was severely limited for choice.

The room was very spacious and clean.The pictures of the rooms are accurate, and my room looked exactly the same as the published pictures except for the decoration, my room had no picture/painting above the bed.

The location is 10-15 minutes walk to the downtown (Cathedral and lake area), which is great, but the hotel is just next to the highway, which makes it quite noisy.The breakfast is very simple, bread and tiny croissants, cold cuts (only ham and cheese), mermelade, cream cheese, yoghurt, orange juice, tea and a coffee machine.

The only problem is not having air conditioning, being hot inside I had to keep the window open and lots of mosquitoes coming inside, also very noisy being next to the motorway.

It was clean and simple.

Registration was horrid. The person did not speak English. I had great difficulties getting the key and was very much stressed.

Self check in, the room is pretty big, restroom is well made. Close to the lake. Private car park available.Close to alpamare

The bed was soft. The building was clean.

More of a facility to sleep in than a hotel. My room did not smell good. There was no one in the building to raise this issue with.

They charge extra at the self check in machine outside the hotel. And when you ask for refund they give you 5-6 euros less money also with a different exchage rate. Nice buisness

The hotel was very clean, very things is new. The chek in/out was semple to do.

Good price, clean and comfortable, free underground parking and inclusive breakfast.

Check-in machine wasn’t working properly. We tried 3 different cards until finally a 4th card worked. Our other cards were working with no problems before and also after we stayed at the hotel so clearly there is a problem with the machine which delayed our check-in and made the process quite frustrating.

Rooms were super comfy and the check in procedure is quite smooth. We loved the breakfast and the view of mountains from window :)

Many thanks to the receptionist, we were checking in on Sunday which the self-service hotel staff was supposed on weekend holiday, but he still come specially for assitance us to check in.Super nice guy, really appreciate him!

The location is fairly close to the train station, and the mountain view is nice.

breakfast could be better, the choice of food is rather poor

The breakfast was simple but fine for me.

This is a staff-free hotel. You meet nobody on check-in or check-out. Somebody lays out the breakfast and somebody cleans the rooms, but that is the deal. I needed a place to sleep for the night, so this served my purposes well.
