The rooms were nicely appointed and the breakfast was over the top excellent. Staff was friendly.

Right in the middle of town and very noisy. All the traffic made for a tricky turn to find parking. If you are looking for quiet mountain ambience this isn’t it. If you like the city and love the convenience of having a gondola just across the street ( if you are there during their ski season) you would appreciate the hotel. We were there at the very beginning of May. The Hotel had just a handful of guests and yet they chose to put us on the street side looking at a big building. We were booked for 3 nights. We stayed one night and asked if we could be released from the next two nights and the front desk staff graciously agreed. We found lodging out of the city and further up the valley and were happy for the decision to find alternative lodging.

very nice hotel in the alpine resort style, very nice pool and saunas. Great location close to andorra la vella, few meters from cable cars to ski slopes, and to village of ?orbino? to the north with nice museums

Helpful friendly staff particularly receptionist who seemed to speak most languages. My partner said spa was lovely. Free car parking

Bit dated and plastic undersheet on bed uncomfortable

I have been staying in Rutllan several times and so far it's best option for me in La Massana. Addition to great location they have best breakfast and Sauna in Andorra (stayed in ~10 other hotels in Andorra).

I’ve stayed here many times over a 20 year period. The rooms haven’t changed however the hotel staff always welcoming. The breakfast is always good. Always clean and welcoming.

The bedrooms haven’t changed over the years and desperately need an update however they are always clean and bathrooms although could do with an update they are well appointed.

Room was very nice, comfy bed though we had 2 x single beds instead of double requested. Breakfast was very good, all the staff were very attentive. Bar was nice and had log fire which made it very cosy.

Elegant hotel in the middle of La Massana, just across the road from the cable car (we didn’t go up as we had other purpose for visiting Andorra). Comfortable rooms, bed especially, bathroom with bathtub, very much appreciated. Very helpful for us was the fact that they accept pets❤️. The breakfast was excellent and at a very good value. We could park on the hotel reserved spots just outside, and for free, which is a big bonus in Andorra. We didn’t try the spa, maybe next time. For sure we’ll stay again when in Andorra.

Shower fitting needs to be better. It either showers the floor, or groin.

The bed mattresses were covered with cheap materials and very plasticky feel and sound as it kind of felt like it's a weired waterproof material.Dinner included in the half board deal is only a selected option (only the dinner and not even a drink of water or started included).

Beautiful hotel.in a stunning location. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was a lovely buffet style with a good mix of hot and cold choices.

The room was a little warm and there was no fan available so had to sleep with the door open which was fine

Great facilities, a nice area well connected with the city, clean room with a beautiful view, cozy common rooms, decent breakfast with many options, nice pool and spa.

The staff was not too friendly and helpful. Dinner was not worth the money, and the senior waiting staff was borderline rude (on the contrary, the junior staff at the restaurant was friendly and polite). Also, the parking situation is not ideal.

only one billiard table. Many families are staying in this hotel - indoor playing ground, a football table, darts etc. would be welcomed.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was ok, a lot of choices.

The Spa is used dressed, therefore not as expected. Maybe there should be times when clothing can be ommitted as usual in northern Europe.
