Great location and view

Too small and not clean , very small parking

Perfect location, comfortable and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Nice location for hotel. OK temperature in the room. Very helpfull stuff at the reception. Sauna and swimming pool was nice to chill in after a long and warm day. Good selection of food at breakfast. We did not hear much noises from outside.

Air conditioning made alot of noices, so we had to turn it of at night, and then it got too warm. We could hear elevator from our room at night. Training room set up was very tight: little space and very warm since it is situated under the roof. All in all room was nice, but maybe too noisy for some people.

Good rooms, Good bar. Clean and nice hotel.

Parking is not convenient.in Early may not a lot of things to do in the city.

Room was great good size for young family very clean and in a good location for ski lift. Would advice getting lockers at the top of the lift.

There was sometimes to much choice for food. As it runs a buffet it can be a bit overwhelming

Fabulous location. 5 minutes walk to the ski lift and 15 minutes later your'e up on the slopes. The hotel staff were very friendly. There is a great bar which serves snacks. The restaurant doesn't open til 7.30pm which is quite common for the area but we would prefer to eat earlier. Great selection of food at breakfast.

The room was a little on the small side but we weren't in it too much. There were quite a few dark hairs on the floor in the apartment so I think it had a pretty quick clean. The conditioner wasn't topped up the whole time we were there and things like bottled water were only provided for free on the first day.

I commend the outstanding hospitality and professionalism demonstrated by the staff during my stay.The reception team deserves special recognition as well. Anti, Agus, and Paula were incredibly accommodating, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed.The bar team, especially Otto and Agustín, went above and beyond to provide fast, friendly, and professional service, making each visit a pleasure. Their attention to detail and welcoming attitude truly enhanced the experience.The buffet, both in the morning and evening, offered excellent quality and value for money, with a variety of fresh options to cater to all tastes.Finally, the rooms and the overall cleanliness of the property were truly impressive. Every corner of the hotel reflected meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay.Bravo to the entire team!

The hotel offers an excellent overall experience. However, there are a few areas for improvement.First, while it’s very close to the lifts, it’s not truly ski in/ski out as advertised, which was disappointing since that was my top priority. If direct ski access is essential for you, this might not be the ideal choice.Additionally, the hotel could use some updates to make the experience truly outstanding. It’s well-maintained, but a little modernization would enhance the overall ambiance.The parking is convenient but comes with challenges. It’s quite narrow, making it less suitable for larger vehicles—often the choice for ski trips. If you’re traveling with a big car, parking here might be tricky. Plus, it's a little pricey

The lady at the hotel restaurant front desk was extremely rude. She was not there most of the time, so I walked straight in and started picking my food and eating. Then in the middle of my meal she walked to me saying I didn’t check in for breakfast. Hello? No. 1 you were not there most of the time I couldn’t waste over 20-30min just waiting. No.2 I noticed most of the people (if not all) walked straight in as well, but I was the only one being treated differently. I strongly doubt this is discrimination.No. 3, I was sitting at the end of a long table which was put together by 4 small tables (I.e. could be easily separated from the rest to be standalone). And for context the restaurant was more than half empty. She informed me I couldn’t sit there because that was for family.If you wanted to look into this, it is the lady wearing glasses and with long hair.

In addition to what mentioned above about what happened in the restaurant during breakfast, the room was cold at night as they turned off heating.All the ladies I met at reception were very helpful though.

The cleaners are amazing and do a great job ! And the reception staff are so lovely ! The bar man is a great guy ! great location for the biking !

The reception was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to get a drink somewhat late at the restaurant bar. The breakfast was good; I believe it was included. Room was modern with quality materials and fixtures.

The spiral down to the underground parking was very tight. I would not recommend trying to enter if you have a somewhat larger car. We had a medium sized car and I had to back up and go forward more than a couple of times.

Really like this hotel. Like the rooms, friendly staff, great location.Like the irish bar.

The price for parking was very high. We have a van that didn't fit in the hotel parking, at 21 euro a day.The street parking was 21 euro a day also. If you could get a space.

The range of gluten free breakfast options was incredible, very impressed. The bar downstairs had a great atmosphere and the pool table was a bonus. All of the staff were very helpful.

The twin room had 2 single beds but they were touching, so it wasn't really ideal if you weren't in a relationship with the person you were staying with. It was almost like sharing a bed!

The location is amazing ! Window view to the mountains, clean room, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good !

No free parking around the hotel. You have to pay for the one from the hotel and It's quite uncomfortable, I was scared to drive my car in it.

The staff was very friendly and service minded and helpful with special requests. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated that there was a bookable little spa area. The breakfast was good (We never tried the buffet dinner). The location in the centre near the tourist information and cable car very good.

Noice from the corridor and elevator very disturbing - earplugs recommended. Smell of smoke in the lobby area from people smoking just outside.

Location is great. Room size & facilities are really good. Nice comfortable bed & good bathroom. The lap pool, sauna & steam room are a nice little bonus.

My room was next to the cleaning cupboard so the door would bang from quite early on in the morning which is pretty noisy. I think the breakfast is pretty expensive at €11 when you can pop to a coffee shop next door for €3-4

I had a room with a view over the roofs and mountains. Very cosy and comfortable bed. Great breakfast and dinner. Staff was friendly. I absolutely enjoyed my stay!

Beds where good. Good food to. Good bar to. Very polite and friendly

Aircondition was horrible. Hotel in general was way to hot. Parking is a nightmare.
