very clean, free parking, comfortable beds, very helpful and welcoming staff

Food was delicious and the dining staff was really friendly. We needed to prepare our skis for a competition and the staff was accommodating letting us use one of the ski rooms.

Internet wasn't reliable - it kept cutting in and out making it hard to do work (we both work remotely). It worked better on 3rd floor but rarely in the common areas.

Beautifull location, landscape but over all very nice and friendly staff including reception presonell and restaurant service. For first view very clean and very nice smell, maby not Channel Five but beautiful and relaxing. I don't expect for that value me and my family will so much satisfied. First time in our life we have been in Andorra, in Xalet Besoli Hotel as well, but we are sure we will back in next year! The Xalet Besoli Hotel has been choose by us like numbers in lottery and the same - like in lottery - we felt as a winners!!! Highly recommended for everyone who want to take a relax in many aspects.

I don't think anything can be better! If yes I will deep positive shocked! Maby one: we have been at Xalet Besoli with our dog and with one we had a problem - no access to gress. But it is not problem of the Hotel just location - over 1700 metres over sea level.. Anyway that problem Has been resolve ;D

Surprised me by being the cheapest place to stay during a two week trip to the Pyrenees. Also had an excellent three course dinner for €18. Reception spoke good English and was very helpful and professional. Private parking.

Hotel was lovely and clean, great price and very comfortable.Staff were very friendly especially Daniella who was really helpful and recommended lots of places to visit.....some lovely walks nearby.Parking was safe in a special car park next to the hotel, 2 min walk to the bus stop......which takes you into the capital andorra la vella within 20mins for €1.80.....would definitely stay again.

Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and good choice. The food at dinner was prepared on site and, although the menu was restricted to a choice of three options for each course, they provided something to suit all. The room was spacious and very clean . The staff were all excellent, multilingual, and very helpful.

The bed was too firm for my comfort and the room heating was uncontrollable. We slept with the balcony door open, what a waste of energy. Andorra has changed since my last visit and is now very overdeveloped, I will not be returning.

Not a very beautiful location.

The staff were delightful, and the overall experience was excellent, as the property offers comprehensive facilities, i.e. car parking, also a nearby bus stop. I spent a good relaxing stay at this hotel which made my long car journey from the UK worthwhile.

Getting to sleep on the first night was difficult, as there were noisy children in the next room which went on until 23:30hrs. That I guess wasn't the fault of the hotel.

Room was a good size for myself and my two children. The added bonus of a balcony was fantastic for airing the ski gear. Loads of hot water and great pressure meant end of day showers were a joy.Free parking at the hotel was great. Private and secured with a barrier.

Walk to the gondola and restaurants is uphill and takes about 10 minutes with children.

Breakfast was great - good variety.

quiet noisy, 1st floor, above breakfast/area. lots of table arrangements. felt like living above a mobing company. poor shower.
