We loved everything about this hotel. Great room and amenities, wonderful breakfast, great location, and wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend!

the TV felt a bit cheap and outdated, and I couldn’t connect it to the internet.

Shabby furniture,I could hear every noise from the neighbouring rooms.

-great location to get to ski resorts or Andorra La Vella-staff were helpful explaining amenities and providing suggestions based on snow quality on different parts of the mountain, providing information for ski tickets/rentals-breakfast was delicious with a big selection

-very thin walls could hear people in rooms next to us and in the hallways -Internet only worked about 50% of the time which was difficult with an international phone

Hotel was convenient for our needs which was exploring Andorra by car. Food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner.

They change us from main building to next 3rd grade building, no fans , no air-conditioning, used water bottles in fridge, my back is still hurting from the rough night sleep from horrible beds , springs were out . Weird smell .dirty floor tiles .no milk or dry milk in room to make your cup of tea or coffee.

The breakfast wasn’t very good, but for dinner we had steak and potatoes, which were good. The salmon was not good. The outside of the building was beautiful.

The maître at the restaurant was very rude and stuck up to the point of being disrespectful and made us feel uncomfortable. The rest of the staff was good though.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Loved the location and facilities.

There was no air conditioning which was challenging for me as I run hot and can’t sleep if I’m hot.

Staff was very helpful. The facilities were in perfect conditions, everything worked and looked as advertised. It was comfortable to stay with pets, you're provided with a bed and plates for your dog in the room. Pets aren't allowed inside the restaurant, but there's a terrace outside with great views so you can still have dinner or breakfast without problems.The breakfast at the restaurant had a wide variety of food, with most of it tasting great.

Nothing regarding the hotel itself.There's not much around the hotel, so if you arrive late after the restaurant has closed and still want to have dinner you're out of luck.

Room was Ok, a little noisy from the road.

Customer service was bad. I Was forced to sit next to the entry on a small table during breakfast because I was eating alone. Even after talking to the waiter he insisted that I had to sit there. All tables at the windows were free. While I understand the intention on a busy day it was early and the room almost empty. Thats not 4 Star service, thats just lazy.

Situation, staff efficiency and friendliness

I thought the food was average and would eat out if I stayed there again

- the views are unbeatable- beautiful, cozy hotel with large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms- pet friendly; they even left a welcome kit for our dog in the room which was a very nice touch- attentive staff- plenty of parking available

- the only thing I’d improve would be the breakfast which is dull, repetitive and limited; a body lotion would also be helpful in the bathroom

Beautiful views

Came down for a 7 o'clock dinner reservation at 6.57 and was told off that we had to wait outside the dining area for 3 minutes .
