- Modern yet cozy. Close enough to ski station
- Davie and I had such a memorable stay at NH Collection Andorra Palomé. From the moment we walked in, everything felt calm, stylish and welcoming. The absolute star of our visit was the restaurant – the food was just outstanding. Every single dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, the sort of cooking that stays with you long after the meal. We found ourselves looking forward to every bite, and it genuinely felt special each time we sat down to eat.The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive, and the setting of the hotel, tucked into the mountains, made the whole experience feel almost magical. Between the comfort of the rooms, the warm service, and the incredible food, we couldn’t have asked for more.We left with full hearts (and very full stomachs!) and would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Andorra. Dining here alone is worth the trip.
- Very clean and comfortable hotel with amazing staff
Cons -
- It does not have a spa. A for a 4 star its unusual. It would have been just perfect if it did. Especially on the mountains after a day skiing.
- The parking can be offered at a lower rate
- We were a company of two couples and booked 2 rooms. First, room is smaller than it looks on picture, but that was not a problem. The real problem was a really dirty floor on both rooms, long dark hair was in different corners, but our friends were even less lucky, their bathroom also was not so clean. We went to reception to ask to clean the rooms or change it. He literally answered that there’s nothing he can do, since it’s Friday and they do not have a cleaning lady or a room for replacement. He suggested to write an email with a complain and said that management will be in the hotel on Monday, we were leaving Sunday. He basically didn’t even say that he was sorry. Well, we asked if at least he can give slippers, so we heard an answer that slippers is just for premium category room.. we couldn’t believe it. So clean room probably is also a premium category. I really think this is unacceptable and we were very disappointed. Next day the cleaning lady arrived and on a complain of our friends that room is dirty she assumed that is were their hair on the floor. It is a worst experience that I faced with customer service.

Restaurant staff were really friendly and quality of food was good.

The hotel was in a great location in a very peaceful area yet close to the city of Andorra la Vella. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a wonderful view of the mountains that surround the area. We also had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would love to go back some day!
It's a really lovely place in a quiet surrounding. The food in the restaurant is fantastic, and all the staff are really friendly.
Parking can be quite expensive in the summer, but you can easily find parking outside.
Everything, particularly friendly staff and a surprisingly good restaurant for dinner.Breakfasts were wonderful!
Nice beautiful and calm location .
The rooms are massive on the photos and crazy small in reality. The superior double room with terrace it’s like a box room .
Very spacious room. Strong hair dryer in the bathroom, enough shelves and hooks, loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Includes all necessities, with a big mirror. Has a small terrace for morning coffee. Quiet area, clean air. Staff is very friendly and helpful, caring.
It would have been nice to have a toilet brush in the bathroom. That put us a bit off.
Looks nice from the outside
I paid extra for a Premium Double room with view, which was freezing cold when we went in, and we were told this was because they were not expecting us which was fine. But in order to make it warm the air conditioner was so loud and slow it was embarrassing. The window in the bathroom did not fit and let in a large amount of cold air through poor fitment and a non exisent seal. These issues really only occured during a nights sleep, and asking to change room in the middle of the night was not something I wanted to do. Had I been staying longer I would have complained. On checkout there was no interest on whether we enjoyed our stay. Also charging for parking in an outdoor car park where there is a load of free nearby parking is ridiculous.
Good location, comfortable room, beautiful view
Good location. Friendly staff. Average breakfast.
Well maintained. Nice bar and restaurant. Helpful staff.
The location was perfect, breakfast was good, dinner was amazing! Very friendly staff and I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was exceptional, the location, the room and the view. Very near to Andorra Villa but also to the surrounding mountains. The hotel also has a restaurant which offered fantastic food and value for the money that you pay. I cannot wait to visit again!
Lovely hotel with really friendly staffLocated a bit off Massana town centre so you do need a car/bus During summer would be amazing to have a pool but there are pools accessible in townRestaurant is really good too
Parking cost, but you just park on the road right in front of the hotel
Cleanliness, size of the room (Junior suite), wonderful bathroom. Staff, breakfast, everything really!
The hotel is in a really stunning location. It was nice to stay outside of Andorra la Vella, as the scenery in and around the hotel was excellent. One of us stayed in a suite, and this was such a beautiful room with views of the waterfall. The staff were so helpful and nice.
I thought that it was a bit unreasonable to charge 15 euro/day parking.
Clean and modern looking
Air conditioning in room was broken my GF was very cold and had to speak to reception in the early hours who provided a heater in the room. She left her pyjamas and we went back next day to which the front desk attendant said he would check and call. No one did and when we went back to check next day they found them in the lost and found. Lucky we checked
extremely friendly staff, excellent Restaurant, excellent breakfast
Parking charges are rather high
