- Missing air-conditioning at the room or any recuperation, missing soap or hand gel at the handbasin, there was shower gel at the shower, but fixed to the wall. We had a room at ground floor and when we let open the balcony door, we had a lot of grass and dry leafs in the room, especially wneh the gardener blow its out from sidewalk.
