All the breakfast was cold, there was nothing hot.

The room didn't have a trash bin, except for the one by the toilet, and there was no hairdryer.

I wish I got her name, but the girl at reception was fantastic. When we entered she spotted my wife had mobility issues and straight away offered us a room with disabled access shower. She was superb.The hotel was ideal for one night, we were en route to Spain.Good breakfast, comfortable rooms, secure parking and good access to the motorway. Would definitely use again if we are down that way.

Beds and especially pillows could be improved. Hard bed.

Bed was comfortable, location is central but you do need a car to get around and do things.

Receptionist wasn’t helpful at all, and had an attitude. The room doesn’t have an iron, hair dryer, just basic things that you would expect from a 3-star hotel, this was more like a road side motel with a nice bed. We went to the shop across the street to buy an iron and it costs 10 euros, like seriously they can’t put one in the rooms? ?They really need to change the carpet, it is absolutely disgusting to even think what transpired on it for years…

The lady on reception called Severine was outstanding, so friendly and helpful. The hotel is fairly simple but its a perfect stay for travellers wanting a great location on route in Normandie. The breakfast was perfect and the breakfast room is lovely and you can also sit on the sunny terrace outside, There is an Italian restaurant across the road that is also excellent with superb pizzas! I would definitely stay here again.

I had expected nuts and more fresh fruit. There was no gluten free option.

Friendly welcome; HUGE and comfortable bed, very clean and quiet, and a good shower. We emailed ahead to ask for a ground floor room (as we had our dog with us), and they arranged that for us. Five minute drive to the central square of La Ferté-Bernard where we had a lovely meal.

Right opposite a shopping centre, a nice pizza restaurant that we went in and they allowed us In With our dog. Breakfast was basic but nice. Bed comfortable, shower was fine and room clean.

Good sized room with view of garden and countryside, despite being on edge of trading estate.

We didn't like the waterproof sheet on the bed, not comfortable.

Because of last minute cancellation, booking.com find this hotel as a backup plan in no time....
