We loved our stay at the Abbaye! Spent 4 nights then came back did 2 nights at the tail end of our trip. Beautiful, comfortable rooms & beds that feel like home. Drivable to everywhere while still feeling like you are a little off the beaten path. The breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning. We will stay again!
Everything was perfect!
Exceptionally friendly service and attention to detail. The affiliated on site restaurant was fantastic. The pool area was absolutely stunning and tranquil.

Everything was perfect, beautiful hotel, very comfortable and cosy, good breakfast with fresh croissants, easy logistics from Nice and most importantly - very nice and friendly host, stayed there for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed a lot, feels like home
Homemade jams and madeleine were a lovely breakfast treat!Charlotte, the proprietor, is truly wonderful. Her enthusiasm, friendliness and many elegant touches made for a wonderful stay.
Exceptional doesn’t even begin to describe this hotel. It’s uniquely beautiful, charming and full of personality. The rooms have character, warmth, and are curated with thoughtful details. A delicious breakfast is served from the cozy family kitchen.
Absolutely everything was perfect, and on point.
Unexpectedly beautiful, clean, comfort and cool
Arrived at about 6pm and it felt very quiet - no one really around (in October). There were four of us so was fine but if I’d been alone that would’ve unnerved me.
Exceptional, perfect in each detail. We were lucky to get an upgrade, the room was so beautiful and spacious, the bathroom is just a piece of art. The owner is so hospitable and assisted us with each request. The food is fantastic, in the evening the dinner was accompanied by the live music. It’s the best boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended, will definitely come back when in France.
Great place set in a an ancient abbaye , cozy please great decor and very good rooms , people are very helpful and its set in a very calm area 15 minutes from Nice
What an exceptional experience! This is a very special hotel and should be featured at all the boutique-hotel-guides. Amazing atmosphere in a very old building, beatifully restored. Charlotte and the whole team were super welcoming and helpful. We will for sure come back.
Absolute gem, 11 out of 10. The abbey is charming, the food is amazing, the owners are the sweetest. The view from our window was fantastic, so as our room itself!
Great hostess, very nice room and beautiful interior. Delicious breakfast.
Nothing comes to mind. All was great.
Loved the vibe and decor of the hotel and although there were a few issues we would go back
Some areas like the pool need maintenance, our room had a sewage smell, access to an iron had to be timed. There was also no lift or help with our luggage up the flights of stairs to our room...this may not affect most, however coming from Australia it was a little challenging with our size/amount of luggage and we would not accept help from the lovely pregnant lady who checked us in.
Don't hesitate - book you stay as soon as possible! This is a wonderful hotel and every little detail counts here. The public areas are beautiful: quaint, green, cosy. The rooms are well appointed with every necessary amenity (bathrooms include both a shower and a tub as an example). Breakfast is also delicious, with Viennoiseries baked in front of you, eggs made to your preferences, cheese, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, and more. This is a family owned business and it shows. Charlotte, the owner, is such a warm and kind host and it was wonderful to see her around during breakfast. She even took us for a quick tour of the on-premise chapel.Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it's a superb hotel even without it.Don't think twice - this is truly a one of a kind experience.
Such an incredibly charming property! We loved the homey- yet hotel feel. Meaning it’s a smaller hotel (family based) with all the perks of a larger one. Absolutely loved how close this was to Saint Paul and the walkability to La Colle Sur Loup. Details and finishes on this hotel were done incredibly well!
An absolutely fabulous hotel, beautifully decorated, with a fascinating history. The owners were so welcoming and we felt completely comfortable as soon as we arrived. Our bedroom was delightful and the bed was excellent. The air con was very efficient. We also loved using the pool. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious and we had two very nice meals in the evening in the restaurant, Le Chat Noble, which is not run by the owners of the hotel. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
The staff were lovely throughout our stay. We had a hiccup with a flight delay and Charlotte kindly waited for us until 1am and helped us with the luggage. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious too!
We thought that 19 Euros for breakfast was a bit much given the offering.
