I loved the view and the friendliness of the staff .. the breakfast was super fresh and delicious

The room is a bit dated but the bed was very comfortable !

Beautiful Provençal house with nice pool in a fabulous setting with extraordinary view of St Paul de Vence and surrounding hills from balcony . Nice owners . Very nice breakfast in beautiful outdoor patio .

Would have liked to have an interior space to unwind outside of bedroom . Very hot hallways but weather was crazily hot .

No elevator... but the owner helped carry my suitcase so no issues...that's about it!

The room was dated, for the price of the room it should be updated. Air conditioning was barely adequate, small refrigerator in the room did not work, location was not near to restaurants and stores without having to drive Room was clean, but for the price of the room without breakfast included, we expected better

We got a good welcome from the staff. The hotel was pleasang and very clean. The room oversee a butiful valey. The food was goog but measured.

The wifi connection was bad from the room in the second floor.The cost per night was a bit high

Best value for the price. King size bed which is not easy to find in France. Spacious bedroom. Spacious bathroom. Very clean! Very nice owner who speak english. Close to St Paul de Vence which to see for sure. Excellent overall!

The place has very nice owners and a beautiful view. True, you need a car to get to the beach or to St. Paul. But if you have a car, this is the place you want to be.There is a nice small pool and the rooms are spaceous. Your breakfast will be cooked fresh by the owners. There is nothing like staying at a place run by a family.

There simply wasn't anything.

Fantastic little hotel with a wonderful view of St Paul de Vence and its south-west facing valley. It is well located with many interesting destinations in its surroundings. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who at several occasions provided us with great recommendations for activities/food and helped us make the necessary reservations (since we did not speak French).

Nothing about the property. Just be aware that you need a car in this region, since even the short walk to La Colle-sur-Loup require you to walk on the road, where cars drive much too fast, since there often is no sidewalk.

We stayed there for one night at the beginning of March. We had a very pleasant stay. We had a room on the second floor with a really nice view over the valley.

Good location in country side with nice view. Quiet place with beautiful surroundings. We really liked it. Friendly helping staff.

1. Lack of ventilation in the room (so it’s stuffy with closed windows. You can open the window, but it allow mosquitoes to fly in. But roller shutters are solving this issue). 2. Uncomfortable hard pillows. 3. WC is separated from bathroom and has no hygienic shower. 4. Poor breakfast (coffee/tea, fruits, cereals, fresh croissant, little pieces of not interesting cheese and ham, and that’s all). I recommend Garden cafe Nice for breakfast and brunch. It’s awesome.
