Pros +
- Close to slopes. Nice property. Good restaurant.
- Convenient location by the slopes and ski bus, breakfast and restaurant was really lovely, spa was great too!
- The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and luminous. The kitchenette had all the essentials. The bathroom had lots of space to organise one's toilettries, which is seldom the case in hotels.
Cons -
- It is a false advertisement and rooms absolutely do not correspond to what is promoted. Not even a bed to sleep on.. only a pull up sofa with broken mattress which hurts your back. We had to leave and check to another hotel. Horrible experience.
- They didn’t provide sufficient towels and toilet paper at first. And after calling, they told me to pick it up vs bringing it to the room, as would be expected.
- We barely slept a wink as the sofa beds were so uncomfortable and you could feel the frame through the mattress which is exactly the opposite of what you need when you’ve been active all day!

The mattress was thin and rather hard. The pillow was quite flat. I would have liked to have a bedside table and bedside lighting.
I've previously stayed in the main hotel which was ok.
Layout of the property is terrible - bad signage, endlessly walk up stairs to get to parts of the property - even the ski locker was in a basement with stairs; their was a door but onto a mud slope - why not just make that an access point? Property is not well located - up a hill from town. Ok for slope access. La Cluzas no longer has any taxis so you used to be able to get a taxi from the bus stop to the hotel but that's no longer possible - now it's a 20min uphill walk (there are occasional buses). Apartment was poor - uncomfortable sofa bed and freezing cold when we arrived (it finally heated up).
Really close to the slopes - really good facilities, nice and clean and a short walk to the town centre. Underground parking and super close to the apartment also. The spa was also great.
The shower wasn’t great - the shower tray was a bit wobbly and the temperature would fluctuate.
Location close to Bossonent chair lift.
Staff not very friendly. Apartment very basic. Restaurant/bar area small, lacks ambience and very noisy.
Spacious apartment
Very confusing to get to appartment, had to wheel luggage through underground garage and use different lifts. Kitchen is very small and impractical. Basic TV channels all in French.
Great location. Amazing bar and restaurant. Easy. Very accommodating. Welcoming end to a days skiing.
Would have liked either bigger towels or a few more to last the days.
Close to lift Loads of space for a family of 4
Access to spa with children is difficult
A great place to stay for a week - definitely buy a pass experience online (ask hotel for discount code) and there is so much to do. Beautiful setting, great accommodation. We loved being able to use the pool for down time although it gets busy. We loved it!
It’s a 15 min walk uphill from centre on town in heat can be tiring!
Location was excellent, staff very courteous and helpful, easy to check in and check out, well organised lay out of the hotel. Kids loved the pool. Spent a couple of hours in there in one go. Parking was cool.
The rooms were small, but manageable. Kids had a sofa bed (I wasn’t expecting, but probably should have).
Nice location, probably nice spa+ pool but you have to pay an extra fee.
Extremely disappointed by my stay. The studio apartment I stayed at was completely outdated. The futon ist uncomfortable and loud. There wasn’t even a sponge to wash the dishes. Extremely small TV. Kept getting woken up by people in the hallway, walking with snowboots or making phone calls. While showering the water switched from hot to freezing every few seconds. I don’t understand the 4 Stars. I couldn’t find the advertised “prestiged”.I’ve stayed at other Odalys appartments before, and was really suprised by everything listed above.I informed the staff of my surprise upon arrival, they informed me that they couldn’t anything, because I booked via Booking.com and they are not responsible for the pictures posted..
nice, resort, comfortable flat for a family with 3 kids - the spa is also nice
the restaurant, we ordered once burgers/fish& chips, wouldn't recommend it.
The only good part was the spa but even that was an extra cost
Rooms never cleaned, towels never replaced and no toilet roll top up. It was also very difficult to get between rooms and reception.
Its location
That the pool was only open to kids for two hours middle of the day not great if you’re skiing. The outdoor pool closed. We booked because of the pool for our son. Didn’t use it once. The spa was one you have to pay to go into.No clean bedding to change beds.No clean towels.Really small room.
Good location.
Swimming pool/SPA advertised, but not accessible for children in the afternoon (the main reason why we chose the hotel). Outdated and poor condition furniture.
Great Location next to Bossonnet Ski Lift giving access to the whole mountain , the hotel is a short 5 min walk to the lift which is easily manageable in Ski boots. the Ski area was quiet at all times with very few queues. We found the ski are good for beginners and intermediates with some beautiful places to eat.
room was on a lower ground floor and whilst the room was warm the floor was cold, but a pair of warm ski socks sorted that out.
Great apartment with hotel facilities on site. Hotel restaurant was excellent for dinner.
Good facilities, decent apartment for the price and a short walk to the bossonet lift.
Staff were mostly friendly. On site restaurant were a little rude when enquiring about a reservation but the food was good once we were allowed a table
