Hôtel et Spa Le Chamois by Odalys

The room was large and had a wonderful view, the staff were very friendly, it was all in great condition and a very lovely hotel.

Two things - we were only allowed to use the swimming pool, sauna, etc, once in the stay which was disappointing and we weren't excited by the hotel's restaurant options.

The rooms were spacious and excellent. Super close to the Bossonet ski station and very convenient. There are lockers at the hotel for ski equipment but there are also lockers at the ski station which are super convenient (and not very expensive). The ski rental shop was 5 minutes walk from the hotel and not far from the ski station. the spa in the hotel is excellent with a large heated indoor pool, sauna and hammam.

The 2 rooms that we booked were not next to each other - they were actually on different floors which was inconvenient! We asked for adjoining or close rooms, but were told that they were fully booked and couldn't change anything. One of the bathrooms was not 100% clean on arrival and even though we alerted the reception staff - nothing was done about it. We decided to visit over New Year and we discovered that no restuarants were available and we spent 2 hours walking around town to book dinners for New Year's Eve and New Year's day. It would have been helpful if the hotel had alerted us to this as we could not eat at the hotel restaurant either. The spa whilst excellent needs to be reserved in advance and of course, not always convenient for when you want to visit. Breakfast was so-so - choice was adequate but not exceptional. Coffee was not so ideal.

We were given 2 great rooms, we asked to have them separate and to have a view, we were given 2 amazing rooms, with great view and 2 large balconies.We were given a parking space for free and all was impeccable.I needed an adapter and an extension - the team was able to find me some and lend them to me.

The breakfast could have been better.All the rest was impeccable so I can say more.

The rooms are really big. The beds very comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful.

The 10 minutes walk up the hill, from downtown to the hotel. The carefull manouver in the crouded parking basement.

Great rooms - massive and lovely views from the balconies. Every single member of staff was so helpful and friendly. Food for breakfast and supper was lovely.

Nice hotel, close to the ski lift. We had a nice room with starting view from our balcony, looked like a fairytale on one of the snowy mornings. The breakfast was sufficient and fueled us up nicely before skiing. Location is great, you can walk or take bus to city Centre, though it’s technically in the Centre.The restaurant in the property is expensive but very good.I would definitely stay here again .

This hotel was just perfect. Difficult to fault. Good size rooms with small kitchen facilities which are great. I had a lovely south facing balcony to enjoy the sunshine over the few days I was there. The connected restaurant was also good and served excellent buffet breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the main lift and 5 min stroll to the centre. Price is excellent for the quality. The staff also very pleasant.

Very relaxing week-end ! Food at the restaurant was excellent, and the room was perfect. The underground parking was also a great and safe place to leave our car duri g our stay.

Very clean, quiet, modern, great spa, close to ski lifts and downtown. Great breakfast , excellent dinner!

Large comfortable room. Nice view with balcony. Very good breakfast. Much better restaurant than you would expect for dinner with nice decor and ambiance.

It would be good to have a room to change in / shower after check-out and a morning ski-ing.

It was very expensive and after the first spa session you need to pay extra every time you go… plus you need to book a slot which was a bit annoying. When I wrote through booking.com to book a parking spot I was told I should call that hotel specifically. For 360€ a night I would expect they would manage the internal communications… two small details but with super premium price, come super premium expectations!

Not much. If I had to pick something, the ski locker was a bit small and could have shoe heaters. But it’s a small detail

The spa is only accessible for guests for 2 hours and you have to book which isn’t ideal.
