The staff are very nice and the rooms are clean and had all the amenities.The breakfast is very good

The SPA is a bit small and their is no fitness room

Brilliant level of hospitality without being overbearing. The staff were always quick to offer assistance and find ways to help. Having the spa, ski rental and ski passes on reception all within the same place made the trip so much more relaxing. The only things we would comment on was the quality of the shower being a bit underwhelming and the soundproofing of rooms was a bit limited in some cases - for example we had a noisey family upstairs and the floor was loud (obviously that’s not all the responsibility of the hotel)

Breakfast was very good. Location slightly out of town (which we prefer as tends to be quieter) bonus was hotel shuttle dropped us off at the lifts every day. Super spa, staff, sparkling water on tap, sweets and overall a fab hotel!

Not many negative comments. Perhaps better lighting in the bedroom and bathroom, softer pillows, and the room was quite hot so we slept with the window slightly open

The location of this hotel is superb, it is a 1 minute walk from restaurants, bars, bowling alley and the shuttle bus for the village. The hotel shuttle bus is so convenient and a fantastic service in the morning. The breakfast is also superb and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The ski slopes in the area are magical, we couldn’t recommend this area and hotel more.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, great ski shop, spa was a nice addition

Loved the hotel, was very relaxing, smart, convenient, well located and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Also really liked how the team put on afternoon tea everyday as a treat. The spa was relaxing and a good addition. The ski shop underneath made skiing everyday really easy and the shuttle from the hotel was also great. Would definitely like to stay again. Had a very stress free experience.

The rooms were a little hot for late March (23 degrees) and we had to open the balcony door at night to cool down which worried me a bit. The spa could do with a jacuzzi or hot pool as the swimming pool isnt big enough to swim but also was too cold to relax in.

It’s a beautiful convenient hotel for a family ski holiday. The location is great with access to loads of restaurants, they have games and entertainment on the weekends. Staff are super!

They did not collect the dirty towels on the floor

Good location; lovely breakfast and afternoon tea. Room very clean.

Public areas could be cleaner, we were in basement room and the corridor leading to the room had awful smell, felt very out of the main body of the hotel down there. Wear and tear in room not really tended to - could end up looking shabby if don’t have attention the detail throughout the hotel.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable rooms. Well positioned in the town for jumping on the free ski bus, the stop is almost outside the ski room. Staff are great. We didn’t use the pool or spa this time but have before. Our third visit and will be back. The bar is lovely for the evening and lovely snack menu for those who don’t need to go out for dinner.

Ski shop/ski/boot room doesn’t open until 8:30 and we wanted to be out 15 mins before that one morning.

This hotel is superb, the location is perfect, breakfast was really really good, the staff where friendly, the hotel is clean, the rooms are a good size, there is fresh water available in the reception everyday (both still and sparkling) they offer a lift to the ski lift each morning.

There was nothing that I disliked about this hotel, it was superb from start to finish. If I had any little complaint (and this is so minor) there were not hooks in our room to hang ski coats on - but that is only a little thing.

Room was freezing, tried to get reception to help but got none. Asked for late checkout when we booked months ago - never even got a reply or an option to. Emailed hotel months ago to get something special for wifes birthday - never got a response and nothing was done, until i requested it there. We like the decoration of the lobby and games area, the size of the rooms, the SPA… Location wise it was well located but not as close to the skiing area as other properties or hotels.

Limited food service…

I loved the room design and spa. Our room had a mountain view as well. The staff was very welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything was great!

Everything!The concierge team got amazing recommendations and helped us booking all our dinners, Maëlys understood our needs and together withe the rest of the staff made our stay great!Breakfast Everything you could need for a well balanced breakfast, fresh pastry and warm plates as well. Staff kind and mindful.Spa Relaxing, clean and comfortable!We got a few products from Nuxe recommended by the staff member at the spa reception.

If we had to say something, might be the shower orientation, was difficult to comfortably fit in.

The location was perfect, very close to the little village with all the activities. The room was cosy and clean and cleaned well every day. We had to leave early one morning and they prepared us little boxes of pastries and fruits. Great breakfast too!

Everything was great! The pool is quite deep on any level which means you can’t really relax in it and a bit unsafe for children.

The staff was friendly and professional, the facilities are really great and we could enjoy some time at the spa. The room is nicely decorated. We also loved the idea of the afternoon snack offered at the restaurant. It’s a nice differentiating touch.

Unfortunately we stayed during the heat wave and the rooms don’t have AC so it wasn’t ideal to sleep but any other day during the year it wouldn’t have been an issue.
