all good, nothing disappointed us

Hotel location to skiing facilities,

No shower curtain or screen to the bath, water goes everywhere in bathroom.window to bedroom not sealed, cold at night and very noisy from local bar / club until 4-5am,poor mattresses comfort.No restaurant or lounge area.poor customer service / daily greeting by persons on reception.Breakfast - selection limited, not enough optionsBoot room lockers - not warm enough to dry ski boots, which remain damp in the mornings, needs improved heating

We liked the size of the room and the pool.

The room was not done well all the time. Also towels and floors could have been changed and cleaned more.

Really fantastic breakfast! Very comfortable room, lovely staff and well located (ideal for those who want to ski).

The only thing was that the water in both the pool and jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. Apart from that, nothing else!

Nice little hotel. Rooms are comfy, spa area is small but pleasant when not too busy. The rooms are spacious and comfy.

If your room windows face the street, it could be quite noisy, especially in the summer when you want to open the windows.

Comfortable hotel with very pleasant, friendly and efficient staff. Good sized room with a very nice terrace and a view over the village and mountains. Well situated near the centre of the village but quiet at night.

The hotel is well located in the centre of La Clusaz, which is a very nice place. There is parking nearby (free in summer)It was nice to have a pool although it was slightly dated. Breakfast was nice. It was basically decent but could have been a lot nicer with a bit of effort (cushions on outdoor furniture etc), staff saying hello.

The hotel closes at 8pm so it felt very ‘closed’ when returning at night. There was one lady (with black hair) who was smiley and friendly but the other staff were not especially friendly. There wasn’t a proper stand up shower in the room we had, just a shower head in the bath.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast , good choice.

WiFi only worked in the reception area.

The hotel is very well situated, in the center and next to all facilities. SPA is clean, not so big but good enough for relax after a day of hiking. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good as well as coffee. Parking is nearby.

Cosy , comfortable and excellent facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough, they even dried our soaked jackets! Breakfast was lovely.. continental plus added eggs and bacon that set you up for the day. Our room was spacious for three , had comfortable beds, a large balcony and plenty of cupboard space.

The staff was very friendly, loved the pool area! The rooms were also clean.

Location in center of village and 200 meters from ski lifts. Kindness of staf. Swimming pool. Large room with the kids.

Restaurant, rooms, staff, pool all great. Claude a wonderful host and his great team made us feel very welcome and looked after at all times'.

Only a very small point - the steam room wasn't available (though the sauna was)

Very comfortable hotel right in the centre. Great bonus having the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi to boot!

Great value for money, huge comfortable room and liked the sauna and steam room. Great breakfast each morning and couldn’t be closer to the ski lifts and restaurants for dinner

only complaint is that there was nowhere dedicated to easily dry boots other than by the radiator in the room - ski lockers big enough for skis/snowboards but not much else
