Superb small hotel, fantastic staff, terrific food and great location

Great central village location 5 min walk from both the Patinoire and Beauregard ski lifts. Right opposite the church. Friendly and helpful staff particularly Wendy on reception. Great food. Good half board option as eating out can get expensive. Small hotel which is also dog friendly.

Use of sauna / spa area was only included once during the stay (we could have used it more times if we paid extra).No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The location is perfect, Walk 25 yards to the ski lift, in the center of the town, walk to restaurants and shops . The staff was exemplary, warm welcoming and friendly , who went out of their way to iron out any wrinkles in your plan and help beyond their duties. Quaint and rustic architecture made you feel like you were in the Alps.

A plumbing upgrade might be in their future but I don’t have any real complaints as they are typical for the areas

The room was cozy with a heater in the room and bathroom. It looked beautiful with the wooden finish inside. Our room had a view of the ski slope from the corner of the room but faced directly to the neighbour's roof, and town on the other side. The room was nice and clean. The spa was so nice, really enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. It has ski storage downstairs. The access to the ski slopes was perfect. Only a few min walk. Could hear our neighborhoods outside the room coming and going but luckily the room was quiet.

No tea or coffee facilities, luckily we brought a travel kettle and two cups. The size of the room was quite small.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff were lovely. Located right by the ski lifts and near the town centre. Has space for ski storage and a little jacuzzi/sauna area that you can use during your stay too.

The shower could be a little bigger but wasn’t a big deal at all! Everything else was what you’d expect for your money!

As it is basically a restaurant with rooms above, there isn’t a guest lounge.

2 star hotel with 4-star food 5-star staff and 5-star ambience

Spa facilities BUT - it's a 2 -star hotel - So it's amazing that they even have Spa facilities!

The central location is quite nice

Rooms and bathroom were pretty dated. It was ok for just one night but frankly in this day and age - and having stayed in other La Clusaz properties - one would expect modern amenities. Also dissapointed not to find full sized croissants or pain au chocolat at breakfast, nor vegetal milk of any kind. The breakfast nook is really tiny and the queue that forms in it is annoying.

Breakfast was good value for Money.

THE ROOM !!!Accomodation for three adults in a Single Room of approximately 10 squaremeters incl. a 30 ° Roofslope !!! Impossible for that roomrate of € 139 excl. breakfast !!!

We only stay a night and the location and food bit all the minuses.

Bed was very small. Breakfast overpriced and not good enough. What shocked us the most is an absence of sockets in the room. There was only 1 socket for TV. We had problem charging phones, and using other electrical devices. I asked for 3 way plug but it didn’t work. Very very strange.

Breakfast could have been better and also it would be nice to be asked in the morning if you would like to book an evening meal for the same day, I think guests should get preference first. We found we could not dine on our arrival as it is only small and they were fully booked
