    Pros +

    • The hotel is in process of major remodelling/refurbishment. It will be a really great hotel on completion of the remaining structural / cosmetic work. The spa area is partially finished but the pool and jacuzzi were nice as was the bar area, reception and proximity to the slopes. The hotel also benefits from a new ‘on site’ ski hire shop/ski locker room.Staff were all very polite and helpful.Hotel is next to the connecting ski bus and despite being at the top of the village is close to good restaurants if you don’t want to eat in the hotel.
    • Location great. Ski equipment and service great. Benjamin in the rental dept great.
    • Well appointed, amazing location, great, friendly staff and tasty breakfasts and dinners

    Cons -

    • Our room was clearly on the ‘ to be done ‘ list the balcony balustrade was missing or rotten, but we understand the remodelling/refurbishment programme. The real negative was a dangerous broken patio door on the corridor outside the spa, with sharpe/ jagged edges which was not attended to or temporarily boarded over despite children passing or using the table football nearby.
    • The hot tub was never hot. The eggs at breakfast were lumpy and never changed day to day. The breakfast needs to be more varied through the week. Management often said No before being able to accommodate requests. Don't need that! Renovation was incomplete and they should have cleaned up the outdoor area, which looked like a garbage dump.
    • Nothing!

The staff were very attentive, the food was superb, the best location and we just felt so welcome.

Great spa facilities, excellent evening meals, comfortable rooms, a location 25 metres from the main ski lifts, and only a few more steps to the free ski bus stop. If we were skiing again in La Clusaz we would definitely stay here again.

    Nothing!

The pool is very nice! Excellent temperature We enjoyed it a lot with our 16 month old. I appreciated the fact that in the wellness area they had kids books available to read around the pool! Little details that count. The restaurant is very nice and the evening menu offers good food (although if you stay more than 2 nights, your options are quickly over because it’s a short menu). The buffet in the morning is also good and varied! I liked the bar area and the billiard is a plus! There was a jazz presentation one evening, very nice. Excellent location.

The room size is very small. No fitness (gym) available. I found that for the price we paid, my overall expectations were higher. We almost didn’t have a place in the restaurant because there was a big convention. I believe that guests should have an assured spot in the restaurant (for us going out was not an option, having a baby).

Excellent location ski in and out . Staff very friendly and ski shop convenient for ski collection. Breakfast varied and many choices.

Pool smaller than looks as spa area does get crowded after skiing but good facilities

Pay a premium for humiliation, freezing showers, and condescension – that's the 'luxury' this hotel

Welcome to the hotel where humiliation is included in the room rate! Got a family emergency, health issue? Tough luck! They'll happily take your thousands but won't give you a penny on an early checkout, even if you need to see your mother who lost her brother recently and is in severe depression to the extend she's struggling with leaving her own house for short walks. And let's talk luxury: hot water? Heating? Who needs them at a 4 STAR HOTEL in a ski resort? Certainly not Hotel Beauregard's guests. But don't worry, their solution is incredible. After 1 week of battling, they offer you a hotel credit for 80EUR so that you can come back and enjoy their esteemed services again. PLEASE REMEMBER THEY CHARGE USD275 PER NIGHT.Oh, and let's not forget the cherry on top: the condescending tone you'll get from every receptionist and manager when you actually need them to solve your issues. Save yourself the migraine and steer clear of this so-called 4-star hotel. Unless you enjoy being treated like a cash cow ready for milking, that is.

Excellent location next to Bossonet lift. Efficient and friendly staff. Comfortable bar/lounge area.

    Water wasn’t very hot.

This is such a friendly hotel, the staff are simply lovely and charming and no-one lets you walk past without a hello. We were half board and dinner was great - lots of options and presented beautifully, The room was good - storage space and good view with nice bathroom. Not really much space to just sit but that was OK. Pool facilities were great - obviously sometimes you have to wait for the hot tub to be free. I enjoyed the pool and steam room. Big breakfast with lovely view to the garden. Lots of seating in the bar area to relax with a drink. So incredibly handy for Bossonnet lift - with a ski room right there with SkiSet guy to help - you are really ski in/out and that felt a real luxury. Town is short walk and very pretty. Photo is from our balcony - that is how close lift is!

It was quite a lot to pay but the service was so great and the location perfect. It would be great if the breakfast coffee machines were available after skiing with some biscuits - that's just what you want when you get in - to sit in the lovely bar area with a coffee and biscuit! However you can make sure you have all the bits in your room as there is kettle and fridge.

Good location and reasonable facilities.Reception team very helpful.

Very poor customer service most nights at the bar. Extremely rude behaviour from one woman in particular.Pool cold and no gym facilities Breakfast very basic - not 4*

Have been before so know standard Good location. Ski rental on site and boot room. 1 min to liftParking on site real bonusNothing too much trouble

Very family orientated. Many small/ young children

    9AdiPosted on: 2-20-2024

Excellent for ski: completly ski-in ski-out.The hotel has a deal with a ski store, so they can bring your rental equipment directly to ski room and leave it there in the last day.Excellent breakfast, nice room and the spa was awsome.

The shower... poor stream. the temperature vary often

    5UnknownPosted on: 2-19-2024

The public rooms were fine. Reception very helpful.

Room was very small, smallest of the 3 hotels we used during our trip. Also 3 times more expensive than the other 2.

    9GlynPosted on: 2-9-2024

Great breakfast options hot and coldHalf board was very good with a special option menu each daySpa and pool area was great as well

    5JosephinePosted on: 1-30-2024

Reasonable location and the reception staff were really good.

Awful breakfast; coffee terrible and general morning food very poor. Didn’t do half board as so busy with corporate visitors so don’t bother! The bar staff were SO rude especially to my younger children. My son is 19 and the loveliest person but one bar person in particular was SO rude to him. He tried to order a large round of drinks and she was so so impatient. So- Constantine - do not call my son names in French just because he doesn’t speak your language!! We spent a lot of money in this hotel and will not be returning.
