- Unfortunately it was the festival meuh weekend therefore very noisy from youngsters passing in front of the hotel till 3:30am. The upgrade to a junior suit which was very appreciated played against us as we were right in front.

- The junior room was the smallest and most terrible i have ever experienced in a hotel, leave aside a 5 stars. It should not be made available as a double room.Reception is nice when you arrive. but once we got home and saw that we were charged full amount for ski lessons despite the teacher cancellation due to weather conditions, i called and asked them to follow up. They bluntly told me that was not their problem in spite of fact that the services were booked with them. I was told they would come back which has not happened. There are so many nice hotels around so, i would definitely try something else and also recommend the same to my friends.

spotlessly clean, excellent condition (everything felt new) linked with friendly, helpful and engaging staff
Location of the hotel is good, easy to access the ski lifts and slopes. The city center has a pedestrian area which is great for kids.

Superb in almost every respect, especially the friendly, efficient managers and staff. Great breakfast buffet, excellent dining options, and unbeatable location in the resort.
Alas, just one fly in the ointment. The interior designer has created rooms that look fantastic, but have some obvious (but easily curable) deficiencies: lack of hanging space, especially for wet ski gear, cupboard shelves, and awkward and inefficient shower enclosures over baths.
