Agrinio Imperial Hotel

Clean, good staff. Room was smaller, but quiet and comfortable.

We booked a book at one hotel, but they put us up at a sister hotel. It was fine, but spent some time to happen and created some stress on the family.

The hotel is beautifully appointed and offers a good breakfast and a full bar. The main attraction of the hotel is the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the people in the restaurant to the cleaning person is warm and helpful. In particular, I was given cheerful and extraordinary help by a woman named Theone at the front desk, even when she was working Christmas day.

The room was ok. Just at 40 degrees would be great to have the room cold. The Air conditioning works very slowly so until an hour we could not feel comfortable.

Temperature of the room on the arrival.

Very clean hotel in a good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy & ample free covered parking to protect from the sun. Big bathroom.

One night stay ,ok.

Air con didn't work, room was very stuffy

Nice lobby

The hallways and rooms are outdated. Smells like cigarette smoke in the hallways. Parts of the bed are torn. Outdated rooms. The view from the balcony was of an abandoned building.

Warm accommodating staff, great rooms, great food & location

Location was by a big road and not in the centre. Breakfast excellent. Parking provided.

Quiet comfortable

Location

Staff very helpful and smiling, nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was also decent.

Location not very good, near the national road.

The staff is both courteous, friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding area.

Friendly staff, good location,

small rooms

We had a slight problem on arrival but they gave us an upgraded room immediately since the air conditioning was not working properly in the first room.

The stuff

The room was old fashioned . Most of the rooms are smoking rooms...and smells like that. The air-condition wasn't so good.

The receptionist guy was very friendly. Nice bathroom with a lot of useful small stuff. We had some water to drink and extra bed. Nice air condition. Pretty much cosy room.

Clean tidy , excellent room , staff fantastic, breakfast very good.Arrived late and went to the Meze Meze bar 100 mtrs up the road, blooming brilliant food and beer.

Location

Old ac, fridge was not working in a heatwave, rude stuff, breakfast was empty and it was not replaced.

The management and the staff of imperial are exceptional. Professionalism as well as the warmth of all the employees is beyond limits. The best service you could have from the reception to the breakfast team to the bar team to the room service team. Quiet convenient location with plenty of parking spots .
