This hotel seems to adapt the low-cost model. You pay a base price for the bare necessities - if you want more or even something of quality: you pay.The room is quite spacious, however the bathroom floor floods when you take a shower, with all the smells from the sewage that comes with such a flooding. You want to use the safe in the room? You pay.Breakfast proposes two fresh options by a lovely cook: eggs and pancakes. The rest have been bought in bulk and are simply heated (if you’re lucky). Filter coffee included, you want cappuccino or latte? You pay. Water with sweet orange flavour included, you want orange juice? You pay.Staff was unfriendly and didn’t look you in the eyes when “welcoming”.Well located at beachfront with private beach. However, you want to use the loungebeds on this private beach? You pay. Also keep in mind that the wind on Crete is quite intense on the North, so red flag every day.Cherry on the top was our check-out. My partner booked a massage (100€ for 55mn) and specifically asked if the timeslot was okay since we had check-out at 12pm. Massage therapist checked with reception, no problem.12:07 - reception called to asked if we were coming12:09 - cleaning lady knocked on the door and shouted “check-out is 12!!!” while pointing at her watch.Final note: this adult-only hotel is sandwiched between two family friendly hotels with all the noise from mini-discos and whatsoever you might expect.

The main reception, dining and pool area was excellent. The reception staff were very professional, engaging and helpful. Majority of the catering staff were great. Rooms good. Well kept beach area.

Around the rooms there are water features which plants - stagnant - a breeding ground for mosquitos which ruined a really nice place, therefore I will not be back. The pool area towards the beach looks rather dated, but quality food drink and staff.

The tropical ambience. The abundant breakfast. The wonderful staff. Very clean environment. The jazz music in the lounge area. The jacuzzi. The overall service.

Adding gym equipments would be quite useful. Extending the use of the pool further than 18 30. And also adding some more pillows on the bed, some people like us need more pillows to be able to relax.

Service from the Staff was impeccable. Amenities were tidy, nice and never disappointed. Decor and Room design eye soothing and very pleasant. Cleanliness and Attention to detail was spot on.

Breakfast Buffet could be improved using more local and fresh products.

I liked the staff and the swimming pools. The cocktails were really good. The room was clean. The beach was really close so it was easy getting there every day. Next to the hotel were a lot of facilities and restaurants.

I thought this was a great accomodation. The pool by the hotel lobby and restaurant was fabulous. The grounds were really well landscaped and it was really nice having a restaurant on site. Staff was very friendly, and I thought the rooms were really nice. Location is also great. and perfect if you have rented a car and want to explore Crete. Also awesome that it is right on the beach!

Great location with a nice beach and swimming pools. Very good breakfast, lovely garden and very nice staff. Rooms very comfortable and clean.

Location and buffet were very good and staff were very helpful...especially reception.

The breakfast was super accommodating for all pallets. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. The bed mattress wasn’t the best but the room was comfortable.

Nice breakfast, situated on the beach but you need to pay to use the sunbed.

Extremely small swimming pool. It's more for cool down.

Super Hotel in a great location! Comfortable, clean rooms but above all the staff are so welcoming and incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly! The food was also amazing with buffet style , always hot! Lovely choice of swimming pools, plenty of sun and shad bed options too either in the gardens, around the pool or on the beach. Will be revisiting definitely next year!

That I only stayed for a short period

My room, location, no kids and awsone breakfast and dinner buffe. Always fresh.

Location i.e. the beach and the small town and the hotel reception was beautiful

Staff were rude to the point where I had to remind one staff member that we were guests. Rooms were adequate but not great. Felt like the hotel used to be good but has fallen into disrepair - broken power sockets and locks not working on reception toilet doors and not clean.

Very Friendly helpful staff, excellent location peaceful and tranquil

The jacuzzi outside the room was nice. The location to the beach was a short walk.

After taking a bath the entire room flooded due to the drainage system. The entire room was flooded all of our things on the floor was soaked with disgusting water. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The staff was nice but nothing out of their way to make our stay memorable. The outdoor “gym” was not a gym. Disappointed. WouldNot recommend

Breakfast was consistent and quite varied. The location was very good, facilitating trips by rental car to different places to visit.

room not as described with bathroom basin not contained in bathroom but opposite bed. Room recently refurbished but incomplete. safe not fixed in wardrobe, electrics not complete with bare wires showing in two places and a hole in the floor.

LOVELY STAFF AND LOVELY GROUNDS THEY WERE STILL GETTING READY FOR THE SEASON SO IT MEANT THERE WERE ALOT OF BULIDERS ON SITE BUT THEY DID KEEP NOISE TO A MINUMIUM AND THEY WERE ALL VERY COURTEOUS
