The food was really good, tasty and of high variety. This used to be a restaurant and only later turned into a hotel.The rooms are spacious and bright, the hotel is nicely furnished. We liked the swimming pool / SPA area as well. There is a cute little gym. Multiple rooms dedicated to kids.Wifi really stable - improntant since mobile connection is somewhat weak around the mountains.It is really a very nice place, understated luxury.

Minor issue - there was no sauna for our kid (8 years old), since saunas are in adult-only area.

the Sauna and welness of the hotel is very nice. Rooms are Ok.

Breakfast buffet is regular. Internet is not everywhere that good.

Perfect hotel for relaxing, great staff, all nice and with smiles. I am very satisfied with everything. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Fresh and real fruit juice was something that not everywhere you get. Spa and swimming poor were clean and very well designed.

You shouldn’t book it less than 3 nights otherwise you won’t enjoy it?

The location is beautiful and the staff was so friendly and inviting. The food was amazing. It's a perfect place to relax and recenter.

Amazing Spa area including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, huge breakfast buffet, being able to use the Spa on the check out date, little gift for my husband’s birthday

The rooms at night got very warm and you did not have the option to turn up or down the heat in your own room.

Extremely professional staff and wonderful location. A special thanks goes to Patrick and Alexander for their help, patience with our two kids, and caring service. We truly enjoyed our family stay at Elizabeth's. Excellent spa and kid's club definitely a plus!

Swimming pool maybe just a little bit warmer :)

Very comfortable environment with lovely staff and a nice relaxed feel.

No tea making facilities in the room and average coffee due to the lack of a proper Espresso machine. A facility of this standard should be able to offer far better coffee with fully trained baristas on site.

One of the niceat four star hotels in its genre that I’ve visited. Nice spa and sauna (with aufguss), nice food (breakfast and dinners). Ski bus stops right in front of the hotel proving convenient access to both Kitzski and Skiwelt. Friendly staff, too.

Room was too hot (have they heard of the energy crisis?) but that manageable - I just kept the balcany door open for a while in the evening.
