Very good breakfast. I had half-pension and the dinner as also very good. Not only simply schnitzl but really good meat from their own farm or hunted themselves as well (as I understood from my waiter). My room was great, big, clean and quiet (I was in a separate building from the main hotel).
Kirchenwirt is an exceptionally cozy and beautiful hotel. We loved the traditional decor of the whole house, our room with mountain view and hardwood floors, as well as the sauna and ski-gear drying room the hotel offers. The staff is super friendly and professional, we felt at home at every step. Everything was clean and even the tap water is drinkable.And we can't say enough good things about the restaurant. The a la carte menu offered a great choice of local dishes, the food was super delicious and well prepared. So much so, that we ate at the hotel 5 nights out of 7. Breakfast buffet is good and preps you well for the day.The price-quality ratio was super!Thank you, hotel Kirchenwirt, we hope to visit you again!
