Lovely room, clean and big with fabulous views. Staff very nice and helpful. Restaurant served delicious meals. Easy to park. Good WiFi. We will be back.

Sauna was nice - except the guests, who obviously don't know the rules od sauna - not hotel's fault.Room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast really basic, coffee really bad.Dinner was not good when it was buffet, otherwise average.

We got a really big room, it even felt like an upgrade. Room was clean, beautiful view of the mountains, big bathroom with both shower and a bathtub. Male receptionist was really nice, friendly and patient with our check-in. Room was well heated!

Room furniture feels upgraded, not bad at all, but the carpet and the lighting need a change fast. Lighting feels like it is s 20-30 years old, carpet is not practical and is a dated feature. Breakfast was good, however I don't quite understand the system that you need to use the table they have decided to give you, didn't like it at all. No extra blankets or anything in the closet even though it is winter.

All parts of our stay were really great.Huge room, clean bathroom and amazing sauna area.

We got a better room than we have booked. The place was nice, quiet, the room had a little fridge which was sufficient, and the furniture was all grey and wooden-like, making the room nice and cosy. There was enough space for exercising, as well as for drying the clothes after skiing. Every day there was a possibility to use sauna and wellness zone (which is really nice after snowboarding or skiing the whole day). The hotel is close to cable cars and there's no need to use a car as the buses go regularly all around the place (and the bus stop is +/- 4 min from the hotel).The breakfast was perfect, with a large selection, every day slightly different; even for people with allergies. We were really happy with the accommodation :)

View from Hotel was best. Room was the biggest size we ever lived in any hotel. It was crystal clean and good furnished and decorated with kids friendly furniture. Bathroom was very clean and very big and warm. Toilet was separate from bathroom. Sauna and steam bath was plus, though we couldn't use as we were so lasy to use it, it's very big hotel so everything was well managed.Kids play area , grown up play area with pool table and TT was awesome.

Swimming pool was closed in winter, little outside from town, not so many excursions possibilities, except ski. I booked Halbpension. Breakfast was outstanding, dinner was below average,it was buffet with so many options but everything was lukewarm only and tasteless even though we were for dinner around 6:30 pm as dinner time was 6 to 8.

Staff at the restaurant is great and welcoming. Food is amazing, and so much choice of food. Love it! And bed is very comfortable and room size is great.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The buffet breakfast and dinner is very delicious with lots of varieties. We would love to come back.

Great location, quick and easy check-in, nice view from the balcony, good breakfast. The room was big and bed was comfortable.

We believe its rooms need some fresh air. Although it is a non smoking in the room hotel, the air inside our room was clogged, it smelled like maybe it was a smoking room in the past and the carpet dirty at the entrance. As it was just for two nights and we were spending most of our time outside the hotel, we did not ask for a change, but otherwise I would have. Also the menu a la carte is poor, except for the pizza. Didn't have enough choices to choose from. I am sure the management could improve all these for the future, as the hotel is very dear to us and we used to stay here years in a row.

The room is very spacious, lots of space.There was quite a wide selection for breakfast (compared to other budget hotels in Austria). And delicious.

Plenty of parking available, room was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Dining room was large and staff very friendly.

Pool closed shortly after we arrived at 8 pm.

It seems to attract German chavs, such a pity as it's nice nice hotel but it was uverrun with awful kids with parents who didn't care.The hotel was good, but do NOT use booking.com.They cancelled one of my bookings that had been paid for for over 2 months with less than a weeks notice whilst I was already on holiday.They don't respond to messages for days, and when they do they point to their terms and conditions in the small print thatNO BOOKING THROUGH BOOKING.COM IS GUARANTEED, THEY CAN CANCEL WITHOUT REASON CITING A MISTAKE AT ANY TIME EVEN IF IT'S BEEN PAID FOR AND CONFIRMED

We got an upgrade to a next door Hotel Kroneck. From a 3 star hotel to a 4 star hotel. I can’t say much about the Lifthotel. But in Kroneck we got an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen corner and 2 separate bathrooms. One with bath and the other one with a shower.Both hotels have a pool in the yard and playgrounds for kids.

There were no plates or mugs or classes in the kitchen corner of the apartment in Kroneck.

This is a great big hotel set in a valley between mountains and ski areas. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The restaurant has a variety of meals, all very tasty. Nice service. Especially Martin - a very kind man.Parking places are available close to the building.We didn't use the SPA area, but it's definitely an advantage of this place. Very good value for money.
