Hotel Z Palace & Congress Center

Clean room, quiet neighborhood, free parking, very complete breakfast, very kind staff.

We booked a 3-bed room marked as a suite. The room was larger than usual but the third bed was actually a sofa bed. Somewhat uncomfortable. For a room characterized as suite and for 170 euros per night, I would at least expect a normal bed.

Spacious and clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly stuff.

Breakfast was decent but some products (like bread, pastries etc.) were not that fresh. The location was ok but ideally you need a car to commute to the old city

I did not like that they did not give me my money back and just gave back only 15 from the 145 which is unethical first of all saying I book no cancelation fee if they where right they could of said we will keep the credit and when youComeTo tow. We will honor the credit for another stay very disappointed

the hotel is good for a quiet holiday in Xanthi, lovely common areas and breakfast.

The New Years Night was terrible. We chose to celebrate new year here at the same hotel again because last year s celebration was wonderful.But this year as I said it was disgusting. The music was bad there were so much people at the restaurant that we were basically siting up against someone else s back and also the food was gone for about 5 minutes because it was a buffet.

The noise of the fan in the bathroom and the fact that we hade no coffee maker in our room, also no press iron for clothes, they have a service for a very expensive fee, basically your whole suitcase needs to be freshened, be prepared to pay top price

It’s a nice property with a fair amount of good amenities. Breakfast is quite good. Comfortable beds and sheets and pillows. Good air conditioning. Good parking area for your car. Close to a grocery store and a kiosk.

The only negative about my room was the shower drain and the sink drain were too slow

Fantastic hotel with a very nice swimming pool and a lifeguard!!!. Extremely friendly staff and fantastic breakfast.Rooms very spacious and a gym for those who want to stay fit!!!

Level of cleanliness was good, room size and breakfast.

Na five star hotel, more so as a four star hotel or, potentially, three star hotel. Hence, I think it was not value for money. Facilities were dated. Service was adequate, however, I would expect a more helpful attitude throughout. Location wise it was quite far from the city centre.

Hotel does not provide Iron and ironing board, have to pay for laundry service to get clothes ironed.

There was nothing that i liked, similar to a 2 or 3 star hotel.

The hotel does not provide any Tea/Coffee in Room, Does not provide any Iron and Ironing Board, you have to pay to get your clothes ironed. Aircon, unable to reduce the temperature in room, only heats room does not cool room. could not sleep at night as the room was too hot even after keeping the aircon shut for the whole day. Most 2 to 3 star hotels provide iron/ironing board & tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Nice selection for breakfast.They have an inside playground, which seemed very nice but we didn't have time to go since we stayed only for one night

We asked for non smoking room, but it still smelled a bit like cigarettes...

The rooms, breakfast and facilities were excellent.

It was a bit off-centre, necessitating driving downtown.

Kind staff, spacious & well-equiped room, good A/C, complete breakfast, high-quality facilities and experience in general.

I liked very much the breakfast. The location is also excellent. Although I was travelling with my car, I preferred to walk to the center of Xanthi. The room was very clean (thank you Mrs Charoula!), very bright, cozy and quite, in general, except for the last night when guests from a wedding stayed at the hotel making noise until early in the morning. Overall, an excellent experience. This was not my first time at the hotel, and surely will not be the last!
