Pros +
- Great pools and weather for relaxing
- If youre looking for a decent place to stay on a holiday between 4-7 nights for cheap without compromising the basics, this is the hotel. Youre at the right spot, a little walk away from the centre of Kassiopi is perfect (although, we rented a quad and found the provided parking spaces perfect for this). The facilities are essentials only in every sense of the word, but it was all we needed. The balcony over looking the turtles was so good! The pools fulfilled the basics also. The area is great for a relaxing holiday while still having the option of different activities, restaurants, bars, and of course, beautiful beaches.
- A big play area for kids. The staff were very agreeable. The location wasn't too far from the center of the village.
Cons -
- Quite alot it steps and walking to and from the property and the town
- When we arrived, it was a long wait to check in, and I actually felt bad for the staff running between the properties with each guest (sweat wad dripping off them). The area is a little quieter, but it didnt feel so bad as to feel in danger. There is a lack of stuff in the hotel itself, so maybe not the best family-fun hotel and the the room decor was quite outdated. The AC in our room blew directly onto our bed, so either we froze with it on or we cooked with it off. Essentially, a holiday you can stay at for a cheap break, but clearly youll not feel like youre staying at a 5 star resort. I wouldnt say its a 4 star, by British standards, a 2/3 star is more accurate.
- The quality of the facilities and the bed was bad, the food wasn't appealing, the cleaning services wouldn't knock on the door before attempting to get in the room. The air-conditioning was outside of the bedroom but the air never got in.

Not to many things to say they should replace and make everything new all are old smell bad in the room breakfast poor same everyday the Kassiopi not nice where its located u find nice things but far away u need car with out cad u failed
The main pool and the two bedroom apartment was lovely, had a great view
Unfortunately when we arrived they said the two beds apartments were over booked so we had to have 2 double rooms for 2 nights (which wasnt ideal for a family of 4) and the girl on reception was not very apologetic and didnt really care
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in
It was a dump. The bathroom sink had no plug, just a big hole and there was a grimey open drain in the bathroom floor that measured approx 8cm in diameter and smelt awful. Obvious blood stained towel after first night was never changed. The dretched bathmat was not changed either. By day 3 we had to ask for fresh towels. Breakfast was poor and the presentation of the food shocking. Everything was just slung into containers and really dry. I've never seen scrambled egg look like that before. The twice weeky entertainment was embarrassing. The place appeared to be run by 20 year olds, as though they'd been dropped off and told to run the hotel, with no experience. The staff were nice to be fair, it wasn't their fault. I felt very sorry for the people that had booked all inclusive . Heartbreaking.
The location.
We didnt like the food. It was buffet and not very good.
Great location
The food wasn't the best all my daughter eat was the pasta or chips for the week and she is not a fussy eater, nothing really to do for kids, only one bar person on at a time so if it is busy you could be waiting a while for drinks
The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It was peaceful at times. It was in close proximity to Kassiopi which was stunning. The Shop onsite was really useful. The entertainment was good
The restaurant manager was rude. The plates and cutlery were dirty. The bar staff were rarely there because they were being pulled away to do other things. The drinks were not pleasant (the orange juice used behind the bar was disgusting). The food wasn't great and often cold. There was a hole in our bedroom ceiling (room 206). The music was sometimes too loud and it was the same playlist of 4 songs on repeat. The smaller pools were filthy and full of dead insects and therefore unusable. The larger pool was unclean at times. Most of the sun loungers were unstable and broken. The hotel was not very accessible and, as we had two disabled members in our group, we would have appreciated a heads up. I asked for my room to be changed to a more accessible room as it was at the top of a steep hill but was told that this would not be possible. We were lucky in that we had a hire car and were able to use the car to get up the hill when it was difficult for our disabled family members. The resort needs some TLC. If there were some more accessible facilities put in place, it would be a lot better. Also, if the staff (particularly the restaurant manager) were more amenable or inviting, it would be a place that you may want to return but this simply wasn't the case.
absolutely nothing
it was far out of town,it was a 2 star hotel, room and pillows smelt of urine,no kettle,no cups, television didnt work, couldnt get no channels at all on,no iron or ironing board at all to use,had to go out with really creased clothes, went for breakfast just the once,it was terrible, never went back, was going to book for 14 nights but even left after 6nights,pictures deceive you,
This hotel is not 4 star ,maybe 1 star
the stuff is just so bad ,only the manager is nice there(Dimitri) and the front desk girls the rest is so bad
The children liked the pool areas and the little turtle colony. Our room was spacious and overlooked the pools.
On 2 of the days out of a 9 night stay, housekeeping didnt service our room.
10' from Kassiopi centre, 5' from the little beach..When its sunny, the pool area would be great!
Don't go there when its raining. There's nothing to do and the communal areas are depressing.Breakfast very average with no fresh fruit juice and powdered machine coffee.Wifi only in public areas, be warned!
We arrived at this hotel for a night's stay and were left very pleasantly surprised. Kassiopi is a beautiful area on the island of Corfu and this lovely resort fits right in. The staff were always polite and on point and the food was exceptional especially the breakfast. The rooms were kept to a great standard of cleanliness and were daily serviced. We will definitely be visiting again and would recommend it to anyone in search of the best experience in Corfu. Thank you!
A very nice hotel with a great location. Our room was spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The buffet was great with a big variety of food. The pool was very nice and clean. They even have a big turtle family in the garden of the hotel. We had an amazing time here and can definitely recomend this hotel.
Very nice pool, polite stuff, comfortable rooms.
Everything was nice :-)
Very nice hotel with a great pool and nice comfortable room. Staff was very nice always smiling. Great choice of drinks and afternoon snacks, iceacream etc.. (all inclusive). Just sometimes it was hard for us to choose something for lunch and dinner as often was served pork which we dont eat.
Great breakfast, and buffet dinner, excellent Service, Very clean, easy to find
Very good
There is no wi-fi in the room. Also wifi was poorly opereting in restaurant and for 2 days there was no wifi at all there. Dark bathroom also was the problem. No glasses or any cups in the room. Breakfast rather simple, no vegan option.
