Location and comfort, great view.

Before coming to the hotel for birthday celebration I asked for a room on a higher floor, unfortunately I just had on 1st floor. Also for special occasions they prepare a nicer table at breakfast, unfortunately on my birthday they prepare it for other guests and didn’t do it for me. That was disappointing, considering that I’ve asked in advance.

The hotel has an amazing location, clean rooms, and a relaxing spa area. The staff were very kind and professional — I even forgot my jacket at checkout, and when I came back two days later, they had kept it safely for me. Excellent service, delicious breakfast, and a perfect stay overall. Highly recommended!

Nothing remarkable

This was the best value for a hotel stay we’ve ever experienced. ?Included in the price: a room with a mountain view, delicious dinner, breakfast, spa, pool, and a Salzburg card with free cable car rides, boat trips, access to the aquapark, and more. We’ll definitely be coming back here!

We only had one night in Kaprun and this was the perfect choice! Convenient parking and great food for dinner and breakfast. The staff is so nice! And the sommerkarte was a very nice bonus that made the value of our stay 100% better.

The room was a bit cramped with the extra bed.

Nice hotel in the middle of kapron they have a car parking and there is some shops around them the stuff were friendly and they have good breakfast and they give you summer card which is nice.

It is expensive, I'm there is no air condition in the summertime, because sometimes it get really hot.

All of it, room - spa - dining - bar - skiing.....It's also quite understandable why people come here during summertime. I'll try that too.

Hardly anything comes to mind

Hotel has a great location. Room we stayed in was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast that hotel served is ok, nothing special. Dinners are much better and in my opinion very well prepared. You have a large variety of appetizers, salads and soups to choice and then you can choose the main course, which were amazing and very tasty. Location of the property can’t be better, easy access for ski bus or the lover tram station and it is in Kaprun city center. Garage parking is excellent, it is tight, we had a SUV and had no problems parking. Spa are pool area are excellent.

Staff were just ok. We did have any problems, maybe they were tired after the winter season but they were not very nice.

The pool was great for the kids. The stafff was very friendly and helpful.

There were cockroaches in the room.The vegetarian alternatives at dinner were of quite poor quality.

The hotel is overall very nice and cosyvery good location near the ski liftthe pool and spa area was great, comfy, and cleanfood was amazing - especially the breakfast buffet

The bar in the hotel for after-dinner drinks was a really big disappointment. We stayed for 4 nights and every evening we waited very long and eventually had to go and ask the staff if we could order a drink, even then it took quite long before we could order and before we finally got what was ordered. There were only one or two staff members, which was really inadequate considering the number of guests at the bar every night we were there. The staff of the bar was also not very friendly.Even ordering drinks at the restaurant during dinner took a long time.We really didn't expect this to be a problem in a 4-star hotel.

I loved everything, rooms are so comfortable and clean, location is just in the center of Kaprun, staff are amazing and super friendly. I will come again for sure

Great location 2 mins walk from bus stop. Lovely friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. SPA/Pool area was great after aday skiing. Stayed half board and dinner options were superb. Standard room was very good size.

Not really a dislike but the room was a little too hot at night. That said I’d rather too hot than too cold!

Location, comfortable place

They are not cat friendly. We were not allowed to bring our cat, because they are dog friendly, but there were no dogs in the hotel. It’s discrimination against cats. We stayed at the other hotel in this area where welcomed all the pets and there were no problems at all.

The personal of the spa was great
