This was such an amazing property! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect! The pool and lounge deck are amazing! The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious!

This is our favorite stay in all of Austria and Germany! Everything was perfect!

We got an upgrade to an amaizing room with a great view. Staff was helpfull. Breakfast and dinner were really tasty and varried. Enjoed alot?

We got an upgrade because our original room had a fence to the pool. When we entered the room, people from the pool were looking at us!!! No privacy at all in our own room. We could not stay in that room... This needs to be added to the info in booking.... Maybe people wirh kids like the access to the pool. Extra 12 euro for parking, extra charge for drinks in dinner.

We liked the vibe of the hotel, the friendly staff, swimming pool with spa was very welcome after a day of skiing!

Very friendly staff, the room was clean and new. The value for money is really with the half board, we never ate in the evening but if you did it would be very good value for money

Excellent accomodation, clean and comfortable, a spacious garage ( very useful), friendly staff. It is the best hotel I have stayed in Kaprun. I was impressed by customer care: one day it was a family member’s birthday and the staff prepared a surprise for us. Congrats chef! Breakfast and dinner are amazing. We definitely will come back here! We highly recommend!

Excellent breakfast, good selection, great coffee at the bar. Dinner was great too, fresh and wide selection. The wellness area is nice and modern with 3 saunas, a steam bath and a pool.

The vegan options were to spicy or over complicated, more simple vegan options would be better suited to all needs.

Everything was excellent. The room was spacious and sparkling clean. Wellness is excellent, most of the time we were alone there. Meals don’t leave open wishes. There is also a special kids menu that was included in the price. Garage is big and can fit around 30 cars, plus the outside parking with a other 40 slots. We will for sure come back to this place.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner buffet were really tasty. The pool was warm.

The bathroom on the room smelled a bit weird when the ventilation was on, but everything else was perfect

The cost of parking

Very nice facilities: spa, ski-room. Good location: close to the bus stop with a free bus to the Maiskogel lift. Very nice breakfasts and dinners with variety of cuisines and new dishes every evening. Pleasant personnel

For a hotel of this caliber, parking should be included in the room price. This additional charge leaves a sour impression, especially since it’s an avoidable extra cost. Including parking in the base rate would make the stay feel more seamless and guest-friendly.
