The interior was very modern and functional. We had a little balcony facing the river. Next to the hotel was a supermarket. We had our dog with us too.

Water temperature in the shower was not stable.

Absolutely perfect location—right across the street from the ski lift and surrounded by restaurants and markets. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Having an underground parking slot (paid) was a big plus!

One small downside: the hotel has two buildings, and we were in the older one, which meant a short walk to the main building for breakfast. Not a real inconvenience, but worth noting. We also had a minor issue with the shower cabin occasionally overflowing.

Everything was immaculate and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Warm, friendly staff and a beautiful location. Amazing sauna too. All around a lovely hotel and really friendly host.

The pillows weren't very comfortable and the room was very warm, even with the heat completely off. But the overall experience was so lovely and these minor details didn't detract from the wonderful stay.

Close to ski lifts great breakfast

The hotel is meant for almost everything that a guest and a skier now requires to concentrate on his entertainment that means skiing. The location of the hotel is unbeatable directly at the Maiskogelbahn station. The hotel is almost new and conceptually designed, for example, in the rooms, for example, there are plenty of storage space, which you will appreciate especially in winter, because you have a lot of winter equipment. Rooms meet the required standard of cleanliness, sufficient spaciousness, quality sleeping and equipment. Breakfast is varied with a large selection and quality, we enjoyed them every day during our short stay.

Excellent hotel, wholeheartedly recommended. The location is perfect - approx. 100 meters to Maiskogelbahn. Cosy, clean and comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Big ski room with boot-dryers, conveniently located. Very nice sauna area with great view of the ski slope. The staff is very helpful as well. It turned out that Booking messed our reservation and they handled the whole situation smoothly and conveniently. Great choice for a stay in Kaprun.

Perfect location next to the slopes. Awesome breakfast and very kind stuff. A lot of storage place for your clothes and equipments in your room and in the bike/ski storage room, which is very useful, especially if you go to ski.

Excellent location right next to the lift, nice staff, great breakfast. The only small thing - extremely soft bed.

At least there is a small gym where you could get some exercise and stretch.

best hotel I've been in a long time. Spent 2 nights there, was upgraded to a room with a view to the lift to the mountain. the woman in the front desk was friendly and helpful, breakfast was unique and rich.
