I really liked the location. It was close to the city center and main attractions.The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable.The breakfast was delicious and had a good Halal variety.The Summer Card was a great bonus, it saved us money and made it easy to explore the area.

Good location in the center of Kaprun, very clean rooms. The lady at the reception was kind.

Not many options at the breakfast buffet. No coffee machine or a kettle in the room.

Very good location in very center of Kaprun. When travelling in summer we found a parking space in front of hotel it was comfortable to walk around our dogs. The staff was helpful they missed that we booked for three persons (instead of two) so have changed the room for a bigger one. Very good breakfast.

Loved our stay at Hotel Gasthof MittereggerThis place has such a warm, welcoming feel. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and our room was clean and super comfortable. We really enjoyed the traditional Austrian charm, and the mountain views were just beautiful. We’d definitely come back!

Fantastic hotel for our ski weekend. Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, comfy room with a great balcony, and we really enjoyed the amazing sauna in the hotel. Very convenient to the slopes for skiing!

Good breakfast but could do with another hot option or two. We had eggs and sausage only.

Would have preferred a second coffee machine and for the hot lids to be on a hinge so that they could be placed out of the way safely. Some of the rooms have been upgraded and these are great with quality fittings etc. The older rooms have poor cushions (the ones that crush almost flat) and unlined curtains so the light comes in very early in the morning. The TV has very limited english language options and no ability to log into netflix etc

The hotel is nice and clean, situated not far from the gondola (Maiskogelbahn). The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Loved the apartment, awesome breakfast and lovely staf. Central location,all you can dream of! Highly recommend.

We were looking for a well equipped accomodation close to the center of Kaprun with breakfast included. For this purpose this hotel was excellent choice because the attractions were just a few minutes distance. Breakfast was also big enough that almost until dinnertime we could endure. Rooms had balcony from where the panorama was spectacular, we could sit there for hours to watch.

Maybe a small fridge was missing from the room, but it was not that important.

The property was just what we were looking for. Comfortable, clean, close to the slope. The food was nice, breakfast as well as dinners.

Loved the traditional feel to the hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with views and modern facilities. We also had a lovely meal at the hotel one evening.

Only very small things - very noisy fans in the room, no tissues; very small towels; no orange juice at breakfast!

Owner very hospitable and friendly. Dinner great. Bed was really comfortable. Convenient for ski lift and ski bus.

Lovely attention to detail by the team headed by Evelyn. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location and nice bar and breakfast area.
