Beautiful hotel in Kaprun with stunning views of the river and the mountains! The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. The place is fully equipped, spotless, and every little detail is carefully thought out. We were welcomed with warm hospitality.Perfect location — close to shops, activities, and everything Kaprun has to offer.I’ll definitely be coming back again! ?

Calm, clean and the owner is friendly. Provide the Zell am see/Kaprun summer card. Good view on the river.

No AC. Parking is very very tight and narrow. No restaurant in the hotel, so only breakfast, no lunch and dinner options, so you have to go to Zell am ser everyday for good meals as Kaprun doesn’t have that many good options. The breakfast variety is good and the drinks are good too, only thing is that there is no main breakfast meal except for egg which needs improvement as well.

Such a gem in the middle of Kaprun. We were there as 2 families to ski and it all worked brilliantly.

This place is beyond our expectations. Rooms are very well designed, comfortable and silent.

The family room was big and comfortable. The location was amazing just at the heart of kaprun. The hotel provides its visitors with a free access during their stay to the tauern spa in Kaprun, which is a great place to go chill and enjoy their outdoor pools and all their other facilities. The couple running the hotel were so helpful and friendly, even before our stay they weee responding fast to all the queries we had and recommending ski schools in kaprun

Actually everything. This is a boutique hotel run by local family who gave us real familiar feeling and assisted with any inquiry or question. The hotel is well designed by architect who made the place nice to be in and very comfortable. Very nice breakfast! They also have a private free parking at the basement.

We recently stayed at Lederer hotel in Kaprun and we were thoroughly impressed. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the Alpe. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities one could need. One of the highlights was the Kaprun Summer Card, which the hotel provided. This card gave us free or discounted access to many attractions and activities in the region, including the stunning Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and scenic lake cruises. It added incredible value to our trip and made exploring Kaprun and the surrounding areas so much more enjoyable.  Overall, Lederer hotel  provided an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kaprun.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom and from any water source-The female workers in the restaurant do not show any desire to provide us with service. They need to avoid rudness and at least give a welcoming smile.

Everything was great, the room, the equipment, breakfast, cleaning. Every little detail was counted. From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt the personal touch that the managers gave us and all the gusts. They took care of all of our requests, and if we needed anything, all of our stay. The room was perfect for families. The best advantage was the Taurn Spa free tickets.We can't wait to return in our next ski vacation.

Location , cleanness, friendly staff and comfortably

Because of the tightness of the parking lots, there was difficulty to park my car in the parking and there were some obstacles in it

The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a 5 year old son and 1 year old daughter and it felt enough spacious. Breakfast was great. There was cleaning service every day.

There is an apres ski bar facing the room and there is noise every day until late. So it was difficult to fall asleep. The bathroom has no door. I never u deratand why the door shall be missing in bathroom. I

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city. We were welcomed by the owner of the hotel, who explained all the necessary things and we also learned about the possibilities, which we had no idea about when we booked the hotel. Everything was taken care of and everything we could think of (even outside the hotel services) could be arranged at the hotel reception. And as a bonus, the breakfast was famous.

the location and the lovely relaxed feel. the size of the rooms were also excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. breakfast was very good too.

the only downside and it wasn’t really was the garage was a little tight but it’s a central hotel so that’s always going to be the case and the staff had it very well organised.

Our suite was beautiful, spacious and clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful. A wonderful breakfast with a good variety was included. Ski bus stops (2) are very convenient to the hotel - just a couple minutes walk. Very convenient to several great restaurants.

Great hotel to stay in Kaprun.The host couple were very kind. Also the room was very clean with nice terrace.It has a free parking If you go to Kaprun don't miss this place .
