Aristotelis Hotel

The pool was clean and 2 of the staff members were really kind, specially the blonde girl and the young boy.

The bed was BAD, like really BAD, back was hurting since the first night. The main room shown in picutres was catfish, we saw the room in the hotel and was used only by staff, other rooms were pretty different than the photos. Also, the breakfast did not include variety of choices and was not that tasty.

Nothing looked like in the photos. When you enter the room, you immediately smell the mold, and the room was very dark and old, people who are allergic to house dust should be informed, because I had to take therapy during all night, and I couldnt sleep at all, because I am allergic to house dust, and the mold makes me very bad. Breakfast was served in e very small place you could barely move, and there was no ventilation at the restaurant where we had breakfast. It was my worst experience during this vacation.

I dont know if the owner is rude because there was no reason to talk with him, but all the staff was friendly and kind. Everything was great. Very clean pool and pool area, great looking building, the room was big enough, with terrace. If you are an idiot or with very very noisy kids - yes, maybe you won't like this place, it's great for chill and realx. The breakfast was very good, and enough if you do not compare it with 5 star hotel.

Very dark rooms, very small and uncomfortable beds, uncomfortable pillows, water pressure very low. Very arrogant manager, very impolite staff, very bad breakfast

Very beautiful small hotel and quiet, pool area was nice especially if you have small kids to play in the poll area big balcony to enjoy at night, the room was always clean and we have internet during our stay.

the hotel is great rooms are 28 meter. big withta small kitchen .the pool is hugethe breakfast is minimal but okthe staff are great .i love it better than next door hotel with higher rating for no reason .this place is good with kidsquite ,green .ill be back for sure

The problem occurred due to the so-called "Double booking". The hotel took 2 payments of 50% from me and 3 weeks later they accused me of a booking error. At the same time, 2 x 50% of the payment was charged from the card for the same type of accommodation, for one Last Name, First Name, from one VISA card. Managers and the director of the hotel refused to meet in person for 3 weeks. Booking.com declined to accept culpability for this issue, citing the hotel. Booking hotel. Most likely I will never come to this hotel again and will try not to use booking.com

The unwillingness of the hotel management to solve the problems of their visitors. Absence during working hours of the manager and manager of the hotel. The unwillingness of the director and hotel manager to personally meet with the client, for 3 weeks. Lack of knowledge of English by the hotel staff, which in turn made it impossible to communicate on the phone. Only 20-year-old girls work at the hotel reception, who cannot decide anything on their own. Staying at the hotel from the first day was spoiled by the hotel management. They don't make concessions.

staff was polite

Aircon works if one stays at the room (hotel staff is not in favour of giving more cards per room, guests are not allowed to leave the cards in the electric slot). They give one big towel per person and I had to ask for more towels and bedsheets (they have to assume more linen acc. to number of people!)Breakfast was poor and very basic.The swimming pool had no shade at all and was inconvenient and useless basically.Poor water pressure in the bathrooms.

the hotel is very quite and near to the center. the staff is very polite and friendly. they have greek "mpougatsa" for breakfast, that was really yummie!

Dirty room: the room was dirty when we just arrive, with a lot of hair and cut nails. when we complain they fix it but next days they didnt clean the toilet and there is a lot of dirt under the beds.Also the room was too sunny for summer days and all the balconies didnt have any tents neither sunscreens. There are not any windows screens for the mosquitos!

breakfast was a little worse, every day the same, for exm. there was no fresh fruit at all. everything else was great!

Wifi was good, hotel was cute, workers were good, breakfast was good, pool was small but cute and clean, location was good, rooms were good, the only problem is that double and triple rooms were the same, the bed was not big enough for 2 people. But i’m satisfied, thank you for everything.
