It was very poor kept

Staff was rude and not very accommodating.Not what Ii would expect from a 5 star resort

The beach was nice and I liked they upgraded us to a premium room with a nice welcoming but that was the highlight of the experience there.

The food was terrible and massively over priced for what you got.. the breakfast was basically all grease.. if you want to over pay for a 5 star hotel with a 3 star experience then this is the best place for you. My wife got sick from the food and when we wasted if there was a way to get water they told us they didn’t have any to give but there was no where we could buy some but said drink from the tap which isn’t treated or sanitized.. and then when we brought this up to management they didn’t seem to care about it.

Good location, private beach and sandy beach that I liked it.

I don't like at the veranda full of Pigeon poop and wild cats entering to the building. Buildings needs renovation and furniture's needs to upgrade.

First of all, this is NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. This is a maximum of 3.5 STAR HOTEL.Everythinig is old and warned out, needs urgent renovation, as all visitors are pointing out.Room wooden furniture is soaked with moisture and sweat during all those years, and the bad odor can be sensed in the room. The bed was THE WORST. Bugs and spiders in almost all rooms.85% of visitors are parents with small children 0-4 years, and sleeping is quite a challenge.Breakfast was generally good, but poor when it comes to food variety and quality regarding "5 STAR Hotel"There are locals using sunbeds for free, and we as guests have to go inside to the pool because all the beach is occupied.The hotel management is the worst I have ever met somewhere. Try to not get in touch with them. Hotels' low booking score absolutely confirms that.We had a good last-minute offer for 750e for 5 nigths for 2 persons, but if you pay any higher than that, it is absolutely not worth it.

The beach was great, but the cozy room was located quite far from the beach.

In House 2 (Cozy Room), on the second floor, for two days there was no hot water between 18:00 and 19:30. This made bathing our kids extremely stressful, as they had to shower with cold water and were very uncomfortable.

The beach is suitable for children because the water is clean. The food and service in the restaurant are of a very high .standard..

Тhere is no option to reserve a sunbed. The pool next to the beach is clean and pleasant, but the other one is shockingly dirty and disgusting, with broken and filthy showers. The room was not clean. The bathroom had mold, extremely dirty tiles, and a shower cabin where I had to bathe my child. The toilet tank was leaking, as well as dirty water from the sink.

The beach is very good, the facilities are nice, the staff is very friendly and polite, mostly young fellows. There is a convenience store with decent prices.

The furniture in the room looked very dated and out of place for a resort. Bed cots were bad. A lot of mosquitos whose bites gave me a nasty allergy that took a week to clear out and even caused my herpes to flare up.There's very little to do nearby, nowhere to go on foot and the road leading to the resort is dangerous for driving at nights.Food was sub-par, except for the bread and some of the cakes. No refreshments available during meals, not even tap water.Wifi is available although it gets overwhelmed at times. Cellphone reception is sketchy.

The rooms were not clean having also mold from the rooms. The bathroom had a bad smell. The door handles were dirty and oxidized. The ping pong table was not fixed. The staff was not that friendly. Clearly, this is far from being a 5 star hotel! I wonder how was qualified to be one??!!

They have nice beach but its crowded.

Except beach literally everything. The whole property is old. Its falling a part. Staff is inexperienced and not 5 star hotel quality. And i dont understand how this place is 5 star hotel. This place dont even deserve a 3 star

The resort is good only for the beach. We were staying in Simantro last year and we had a good experience then so we decided to come again but this year our stay was very disappointing.

First, there was no baby crib in our room although I had requested one when I made the reservation. After we made a complaint we were barely given an old broken crib which was very unsafe for our 2-year old child. The cleaning of the room was very scarce, they never changed the bed sheets except for once when I asked for it and then they even forgot to change the sheets in the crib so our child had to sleep in the same sheets all the time. The food was worse and less diverse than last year and sometimes there was no free table to sit for at least 15 min. There is a new beach policy to put the towels and all the other things from the sunbeds away in plastic bags like a trash if you don't show up after 30 min in the morning which is ok but only if it was not selective. Some of the towels were always left there untouched every day, so the policy didn't work for everyone. Every single guest was arguing on reception for some different issue and they didn't try to manage any of that issue. This is definitivley not a 5-star hotel and not worth the price you are paying.

First of all, the staff at the reception and at the restaurant is very polite and helpful. The beach is sandy, perfect for those with kids, the water is clear and shallow. 2 min walk from our room.Food is also mostly good and diverse.

The rooms indeed are old and poorly maintained. Was disappointed about the quality of the mattress (very soft and creaking) and although I requested to change it, nothing happened. Shower was broken, the door at the bathroom wasn't closing..the management should really read all these comments and act accordingly if they want to have a really 5 star hotel.

Just the nature and landscape around...in the rest the terrible hotel...

The hotel is a large lie and trick,for the first this place it is never suitable for 5 stars, only a maximum of 3 stars.Extremely old and dirty, full of insects through rooms of all varieties and origins ... the room could have been the terrible scourge, 3 days i slept in the sand and only through the scandal they changed the sheets. the most poorest and despairing of the service and the comfort,they did not leave you for a baby to take 1 apple outside the restaurant.The extremely rude staff as behavior and unfriendly and lack of common sense and hotel ethics.the worst possible holiday in greece in all the years at the price of 5 stars and treated us like animals.The staff made us park our car in the middle of the night in the wild field outside the hotel without guard and lights and take it on foot through the wild to the hotel with the baby in the arms just because they had no parking inside the hotel.

The beach was perfect. Beds in the accommodation were comfortable and big enough. Food was nice. The beach bar was nice. The resort is good for families with all ages of kids.

The base is old and wasted and needs renovation. In the room spiders were hanging everywhere. First night we were fighting with dozens of mosquitos inside. In general mosquitos were swarming in the resort area. Paint in the pool was peeling off and patches were floating around. The restaurant was not big enough and often there was a line of waiting guests with children in front of the door for a free seat.

The beach is conveniently located just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy throughout the day. The food was decent, with a fair selection available. The resort offers pleasant walking areas and is well-suited for families, with engaging evening activities for children. Most notably, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, contributing greatly to the overall positive experience.

The rooms are outdated, with worn-out facilities and a noticeable lack of proper maintenance. Despite informing the housekeeping staff to pay closer attention, cleanliness remained below expectations, with dead mosquitoes visible on the walls throughout the room. Guests should be prepared with mosquito repellent, as the presence of insects is significant and may result in frequent bites without proper protection.During our stay in June, the resort was significantly overcrowded, particularly on the beach, where the number of guests exceeded the available capacity of sunbeds and umbrellas. Additionally, the lunch options at the taverna were quite limited, with a lack of variety in the daily offerings.

The location and facility is great. They have the main reason to be successful, but everything else is a disaster Breakfast was good

The overall management of the resort Pool closes at 6, why? Room was cleaned 1 time in 5 days and the sheets weren't changedStaff is nice, but inexperienced No actual place to get normal food. Its a beautiful surrounding where you want to have a good meal and drink and enjoy the view but it is IMPOSSIBLE because they don't have food or drinks. The food/drinks they have at the bars is not good and very very few options Mini market is open at certain times but you never know when Overall, it's a pity for the resort as it can be amazing, they just need to invest and be better. Never coming back for sure.

No organization, cleaning ladies took our baby towels, we did not get baby crib for half of our stay(it was requested through booking), we had to park outside of the resort, bed had a huge hole on one side, it was very uncomfortable

Resort is beauty, food exselent,clean in tthe hotel is a high level.

Taverna on the beach start with work very late and haven' t drink every time.Restorant on te beach did not have a good meni and close very early every evening.Laybad on the beach is sufficiend when is crown.
