Very nice staff, very nice place. Its a quiet street but you will find very good market, cafe, taverna only 5 minutes of walk. Comfortable rooms, nice pool, not very small not very big. We recommend for this price ?

The location was in a good place, near center. The pool was very clean and the staff is very welcoming. In the end they gave us a gift from the Hotel.

The parking is tough to find in the evening. You have to spend some minutes to find a spot.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location is central, the pool was spotless, and the beds were super cozy. The staff and the owner were extremely kind and helpful – we felt truly welcome. We’ll definitely come back every year!

Really nice stay at Vellum LL! The place was very clean and chill, with a nice pool to relax by. It’s located in a quiet area but still close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The room had a great terrace and everything felt fresh and comfortable. Would definitely recommend! ?

The property is located a short walk from the main area in Kallithea. It is also a short walk from the beach (maybe a little longer when walking back from the beach).The property has a pool which we used and an inflatable jacuzzi which we did not use.It seems that each room has a balcony but this is not confirmed.The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly - thank you, Dina!

the location is great, its quiet zone but close to everything, close to the best beach and also good pool tha staff are awsome

Everything was perfect, the location everuthing is near 5 min to the beach, the host is very polite, clean rooms.We have reserved room with separate beds,and the host charge with double bed Thanks very much.

One thing I know Vellum Luxyry Living is place where you would go again.Everuthing was perfect.Location is amazing.the rooms are clean and always well organized and the hotel staff is always happy to help and give everything you ask for. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance.Also the beach was very near.You will never regret going in place like this.Also I want to say thanks to Thanos who was always there for everything you need.

Bed (mattress) was the worst and cheap we felt all springs could not sleep well. Cleaning service was very poor.

- The staff is very friendly and flexible, asked for some extra stuff never hesitated to help.- Very quiet place for a family.- Location is perfect for Kallithea. You are very near the beach and supermarket and the town, all walking distance.- It is very clean overall. I never used the pool but it seemed very clean and nice to spend the day if you have toddlers.

- Mattresses, please change the mattresses!! It was not comfortable sleeping in a spring mattress. If I had to go back next year in Kallithea, I would check if the hotel has changed the mattresses, in that case I would go here again. - Bathroom facilities like the shower and the sink tap was hard to control. They were old and a little rusty. But the mattresses need to be changed first ?.

It was close to Masoutis and 10-15 minutes walk away from the center. The beds were comfortable, the terrace was big.

The service was really bad , WiFi was slow, but overall the rest was nice. The staff were really helpful

Easy acces, free parking, the scent when the main door opens, the pool, the warmth of the staff, and how proper everything is done, the best owner, Thanos! And plenty more!

I could not find something not to like

Location is quite good and free parking can be found in the street around the hotel.Staff were very friendly and welcoming.Cleaning ladies were always present and trying their best to keep the place clean.

There was no hot water at the shower in the morning or late at night.The bathroom required a bit deeper cleaning and maybe some replacements (e.g. shower head was leaking on the side, sink mixer tap was quite old and hard to use, etc).

Room cleaning was 3 p.m. what is very uncomfortable and not was good cleaning, bed mattress was bad, Jacuzzi was not included, gym room and pool closed early

Loved the rooms. Loved the pool. Very flexible and service minded personnel.

Some of us found the beds a bit hard. I never complained but solved it myself with putting comforter under bedsheet.

Amazing staff with amazing treatment! The owner Thanos was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was also very child-friendly and always fresh and clean in the room.
