The scenery overlooking the pine trees and the ocean was absolutely breathtaking. Enjoying breakfast with such a view was a true delight. The hotel's location was excellent, just a short 5-minute walk down a picturesque and steep path to reach the stunning beach. It was also conveniently close to the charming and character-filled village of Afytos.

We liked the garden, the space by the pool, the deep pool good for swimming, the view of the sea and the balcony where we spent a very nice time.Nice hotel space with a library.Nice service.When we asked, the air conditioning was improved very quickly.The bed was comfortable.Breakfast was sufficient, good coffee.

The room wasn't big but sufficient, we spent most of the time on the balcony.The bathroom was nice but very small, we had to always keep the door open because it was so hot that you could pass out..Little smell from the sewer..Gray towels, older...Bedding also gray .. crumpled. When I entered the room, I checked the sheets because the duvet cover looked like someone had already slept under it...Average room cleaning..I really didn't like the dirty breakfast area, especially in the area of the coffee machine... everything there was dusty, dirty, coffee had been spilled under the machine for several days...It looked unappetizing.The owners didn't seem to mind...The area is not perfect. It is an old area Kassandry, quite dilapidated with a very crowded and moderately clean beach.I don't know how the hotel managed to get a rating of 9 on Booking.com.It should be at most 8.

The place where the hotel is located is wonderful. Located in a location that is peaceful and everything coincides with nature. Every day the rooms were clean, the yard and the pool were beautiful, the staff was very kind. 1 minute to Hanioti, 5 minutes to Afitos by car. The beach below the hotel is wild and uncrowded. Best vacation ever, very peaceful and we will visit you again.

The breakfast is the same every day, maybe it needs a little change.

The view from the restaurant, it’s a million dollars view. The garden it’s wonderfull , the area around the pool really nice and modern. Clean towels everyday.

The room is spacious, but the shower really small. Big discrepancies between exterior and interior. The furniture it’ old and too dark. Poor breakfast.

We ordered twin bed room. In the evening, we came to hotel, the receptionist informed us that there is no available twin bed room and our only one option is to stay in double bed room. Hotel didn't inform us earlier about this problem.

We like the nature around the property, very fresh and clean air; the restaurant food was also great. The location was perfect for swimming and exploring the quaint, small village of Afitos, Greece. Most of all, the staff was very accommodating .

I would say ,the bathroom had a distinct smell which was most likely due to the drainage .

The accommodation had a breathtaking view. The yard is very nicely arranged with a swimming pool, palm trees, olives trees. Very kind staff, they helped us as many times as we needed. The room was big and clean, and it was cleaned every day. Bathroom was modern, and the room had the balcony was settled very nice. Kallithea Beach is very close to the hotel.

The breakfast was good but it could be more diverse. The rest was great!
