- The location is fantastic, mainly for those who want to stop on the way to Gramado or Bento Gonçalves for example, since it is right besides the highway. It is also right besides a very pleasant Shopping Center. The breakfast was really good.

- Staff was a little rude at checkin, the room could be cleaner, brakfast opens late, at 7am
- Too noisy! The building seems to very old because we can hear everything that is happening outside. At 7 am on a Sunday there were people speaking super loud and kids screaming at the corridor. The ladies who clean start to move furniture at 10am super loud with no respect if you’re sleeping. they don’t give a single water for you to drink and the parking is paid. really bad experience.
- The room 5509 was terrible. Noises during the night generated by drops of water over a gutter right below the window. We had to ask for another room in the middle of the night. The attendant Igor was very friendly and he immediately found another room, so we could sleep during the rest of the night.

A única desvantagem é o fato do valor do estacionamento ser pago a parte. Deveria estar incluso na diária. Mas o hotel é excelente. Recomendo!
