Wifi didn't work anywhere, especially in my room. , The breakfast was bad.

Breakfast was simple but good. Location was the reason we booked this hotel.

Wifi was very slow.

The location was excellent and it was clean.

There’s always a long queues for breakfast and I believe this can be rectified. Other than that, we had a good time.

The hotel is terrible.The staff were unhelpful, and the service was non-existent.The 5th floor had a terrible smell, which I could smell from the room. The reception told me was due to a water leak, but they were not interested in fixing the problem during the 10 nights I was there.The room was incredibly hot as it was small. The air conditioning did not work properly and was located directly over the top of the bed. When it was working, the cold air blew directly onto my head, which made sleeping difficult. The double bed was not a double bed, it was 2 singles which constantly moved apart.Overall, it's probably the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel.Do not stay at this hotel.

Beds are so uncomfortable and the double bed is made of two single beds.

Unflexible staff: I had to change rooms after the first night, they couldn't accomodate a late checkout without even checking if the hotel was full. Lots of noise from the hallway and no sound proofing between rooms. No blanket in the room. Breakfast was ok at best. Overall not a great experience.

The location is really great, near the beach, in a very good area. The staff was superb, i had a problem with the payment and they promptly solved it.

the location and the breakfast had an option for celiac, a cake without flour. The location was also great and the woman at the front desk was really kind.

The room wasn´t great, it wasn´t clean, the bathtub had hair on it and it was kind of broken. The curtains were terrible. The breakfast wasn´t presentable, the fruits were really bad and the options weren´t good, the cakes weren´t good too.

Great receptionist, Abel, was very kind and attentive.

The TV was old, without the possibility of smart entertainment.Limited amount of parking lot.

The staff, the breakfast, and the location are great. You are a few blocks from the beach. The room is comfortable and spacious for the price range. The staff is attentive and accommodating.

We had some episodical incidents: a cleaning person broke into the room one day without knocking, the internet did not work on one day. The staff apologized but the damage was done anyway.
