San Marino Cassino Hotel

What I liked most about the hotel was the staff's helpfulness. Everyone was always willing to assist, doing everything possible to meet my needs.

The gym. It wasn't a gym. They shouldn't offer it, because there was just two machines and one was damaged. A tiny gym, with only 2 machines and 3 treadmills.

Breakfast wasn’t that good. Pão de queijo was very hard. Fruit salad wasn’t tasty. The toilet was stinking.

Almost everything. This is a 2 stars hotel, if that.1. Extremely old and broken. Everywhere other then the lobby area is old and literally falling apart.2. cockroach in the bathroom. 3. unbearable smell of sewage.4. floor tiles coming apart5. mold growth everywhere.6. breakfast barely existent and so understaffed. Poor crew, can’t keep up and the quality is so low. One example, the juice is from a powder mix. 7. parking is 41 reais a night. For the absurd price we paid for this 2 starts hotel, parking should have been included. 8. Bathroom towels were so old and cheap, it barely dried. 9. Two out of three rooms bathroom’s we had clogged up. I mean… the cons for sure outweighs the pros. Which is okay if the grade level is represented. This is not a 4 stars hotel by any means. I believe it was when it was first opened, but now, it is 2 starts I’d that. So the cost should reflect it. I do however want to add that the staff did all they could to assist us.

5 min walk to the beach - the maid was amazing very friendly! definitely an asset to the hotel. everyone else amazingly friendly too!! goos beds love the fact that the bedsheets are custom to the hotel. safe in the room if needed.

hard to say really maybe some little things to make the rooms and bathroom better looking decoration wise! everything still functions well.

The room/ bathroom had a bad smell... I believe it was coming from the sink pipe!

Excellent location, very close to the beach, a big supermarket, restaurants.

Bad wasn’t really that comfortable, but it was fine for a 1 night stay.

I think the place is about to close down and they don't take care of the place anymore. Past good reviews does'nt give true image
