Everything, I really enjoyed my stay

Could be the noise outside but it’s due to the high crowded region. The smaller rooms could be uncomfortable

Quality affordable room with kind, helpful staff and great breakfast pastries.

Because of the recent rebrand, their policy towards dogs (mine is a service animal) differed from the Booking.com stated policy. The staff were understanding and we were able to stay, but after a difficult 8 hour drive this wasn’t great to deal with.

The staff was very helpful. The place is nicely decorated & perfectly clean.

The bed was not provided with a top sheet. This is particularly missing in the summer when one does not need the duvet.

I booked this hotel just a half an hour before arrival, and pretty late at night and even though everything was ready and the receptionist was super nice, helpful and friendly.

Basic hotel - does what it says. Very few plugs, basic amenities, they do not give water

Owner was extremely rude on a number of occasions - blocked the entrance when we tried to come in after cycling despite being told bikes were allowed. He then frequently got annoyed when we did not have the key despite there being more than one of us

Located in a quiet area, close to the train station and close enough to the Beach. Great that they have a key managing receptionist 24/7.

I wish they had thinner window curtains, in addition to the blackout curtains, as neighboring balconies across the street was close.

Matress was too soft, sheets were clean but had many Stains...

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, next to shops and restaurants. Close to sea.

Rooms were ok, but felt a bit gloomy.

Close to the train station, close to the beach, close to supermarkets, close to eateries.Room was clean and tidy. 20-25 minutes walking to Antibes.Buy your train tickets in advance: sometimes the ticket machines do not work ánd the ticket office is closed @ the station.

The staff was very helpful and polite.

Breakfast is not included, but it's terrible anyway, for 12 eur they could do something better or at least more fresh.

Excellent location near the station and seafront. Rooms are small but bed was comfortable with good AC and shower. Front desk staff during the day were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is very dated, some fixtures in our room didn’t work well, however it’s a very good price for the area.

Fantastic location, kind and nice staff

It is a bit dated but we knew that coming in so all in all we were happy.

Hope this hotel stays here for many years to come. It is very basic and old school but such a great value for money in the South of France, one block away from an amazing beach of Juan les Pins and its lovely beach clubs.
