Hôtel La Villa Juan Beach

Everything was just perfect! Highly recommend this hotel. It has been renovated in the past year, so you can ignore any reviews that complain about the shape of the property (an outside paint job is all that is needed).

Staff and facilities were wonderful. Very clean and the breakfast spread was lovely. Air conditioning worked perfectly for the hot weather

Really lovely hotel, really clean and modern boho, fresh decor. The swimming pool was really nice, always sunbeds available. Restaurant/bar area really nice. Breakfast was good, had all the usual continental stuff plus some cooked bacon, eggs etc. The cake at breakfast was always delicious. The staff were really friendly and really helpful. Our room was a great size, really clean. The bathroom was lovely and clean, really nice shower. I love that you get a fresh bottle of water everyday complimentary. The hotel rooms are so quiet, we couldn't hear other guests ever. Fresh swimming pool towels everyday. The location was great, really close to the bars, restaurants and beach. There are about 3 supermarkets all within a 5 minute walk. It's about a 10 minute walk to the train station which was fine for us. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location but there is a star hotel only a block away which is worlds better than this one (I ended up moving to it) and only maybe a $100 price difference. Our room was up 3 flights a stairs. It was tiny and not suitable for two adults. The bathroom was also tiny and had one of those showers that made everything constantly soaking wet. Beds were comfortable. It’s a cute property that is seriously dated and needs a refresh. If it was priced better I could’ve said maybe go for value but save your time and money and book Hotel Juanita up the road.

Lovely boutique hotel n a nice, central location. The pool and garden are lovely and the outdoor breakfast was very good. Staff is professional and kind. Thoughtful, clean decor.

We were in a ground floor room which was nice but I would prefer a higher floor next time. The closet/wardrobe is in the bathroom which gets extremely steamy.

This is my 3rd time to stay in this hotel. I stayed 1 week. Cannot say one bad thing about our stay . The staff are the most friendly, helpful people I've had the pleasure to meet and are an asset to this hotel . Rooms are spotless clean and room service every day. Pool is kept clean also . Location is excellent. Also someone on reception through the night which is important to me. I look forward to returning to this hotel. Thank you .

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Particularly liked the outdoor bar, breakfast room, restaurant (not tried as not yet open). Very friendly staff. Great location close to the centre but not affected by passing traffic.

Our room was adjacent to the entrance and close to reception. There was subsequently a bit of noise from passing people evenings and mornings.

Loved everything about this beautiful boutique villa. Only issue was hot water in one of the 2 bathrooms and breakfast options were limited when going from down for breakfast later. Best aperol spritz!

Comfortable and nicely decorated hotel in a quiet, still well located part of town. The beds were very comfortable! The staff were very nice and helpful.

The only (slight) drawback was that breakfast is served in an outdoor pavilion (with roof and walls on three sides) which was a bit chilly in the October mornings.

It’s a nice three star hotel and for that offered a nice pool area and restaurant.

We unfortunately booked the smallest 14m room, which didn’t give comfortable vibes as it felt a bit unstylish and cheaply put together, which could have been improved with some nicer curtains etc.

Sweet little hotel, great location and very relaxed with a laid back beach vibe. Exceptionally clean. We arrived late and were offered an upgrade which we were very happy about. Only stayed one night.

Room was quite small, but it was lovely and clean and perfectly fine for a couple of nights.

Lovely setting and the staff are a credit to this hotel. Rooms are well appointed and the rooms recently remodeled. Bed is very comfortable with nice linens. Nice walk in showers. Good clothes storage. Eco friendly hotel. The pool! Clean and cool.

The only inconvenience was the key card kept deactivating so we had to get them reprogrammed every other day. Not a big deal.

The location was excellent. A short walk to all of the beach clubs we wanted to go to. Its a good value for the area. The A/C in the room worked well. We only used the pool once but it was nice. Free water during the stay was also a pleasant surprise.

No elevator! Not an issue for us but I could see this being an issue for an older couple. The pillows were low quality and very uncomfortable. There were no side tables by the bed so we had issue our phone/watch placement at night when charging.

The decor is beautiful and it is situated in a quiet side street.

The attitude of the staff after we explained that there was a foul smell in our room. The smell from the shower drain was sickening, and reception said there was nothing wrong, that we couldn't have another room as it was booked out. The next day, we demanded a new room as we were not paying another night for a smelly room. We got a new room, which was also musty but no gratitude/compensation from the hotel. I guess peak season, peak prices, and nobody cares....they could have easily thrown in breakfast for free to redeem themselves.The pool, as much as it looked inviting, was cloudy in the afternoon, probably due to chlorine issues....would not stay here again!

Beautiful boutique hotel, the interior design of the rooms, bar area and reception was stunning. Staff very friendly. Pool area was better than expected and very relaxing. The hotel exceeded expectations in every way. Location perfect- walking distance to the beach , restaurants, bars, train station and an easy walk to Old Antibes. We will definitely return

If we had to be very critical- lack of tea/coffee machine in room. However very easy to get one from the bar and take back to the room.
