    Pros +

    • The hotel room was very spacious for a European hotel. The location was so central, with a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the main street with so many restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself was so cute and the staff so helpful and polite, can't say enough about this hotel. Walk across to the Old Town area, which took only 30 minutes and also very easy to get to.
    • The room was clean and comfortable. Great level of service and attention from the staff - nice ambiance. Great location.
    • Location greatFirst room like a prison cellCut myself on sharp bedside table glass!

    Cons -

    • There was no walk in shower, only tub with shower. Would have liked to have seen a picture before booking.
    • The room shocking
    • Bathroom and shower could do with an upgrade

Not too far from the waterfront

Overall hygiene of the room/ silverfish

Very easy professional staff; comfortable bed and bathroom is well appointed

Nothing. I’d love a coffee machine in bedroom but no complaints at all

    7EmmaPosted on: 10-13-2024

Great breakfast, helpful staff, super clean. Loved the quirky interiors and general vibe.

The room was a little dated (it feels like the hotel has been renovated in communal areas but all rooms haven’t been done yet) and the early check in we’d been promised wasn’t available when we arrived.

The location was good, until a mob of around 100 University Students took over the area directly outside our terrace between 11.30pm and 12.30, shouting, screaming and letting off fireworks.

The hotel had turned off the a/c to save money 'as not in summer season', so our room temperature went up to 26.5c. it became unbearable.Tea and coffee facilities were not up to scratch. To get a teabag, I had to go downstairs and find the bartender. The staff wouldn't bring anything up. Likewise for milk. On check out got a bill for EUR16, as had used 4 coffee capsules in the Nespresso (or similar) machine. On inspection, found tiny writing on piece of folded card that said coffee was chargeable.Gave the concierge 90 minutes warning to order a taxi for very specific time. By the time they got around to ordering it (they forgot), the vehicle arrived 10 minutes late, which had a knock-on effect to our arrival time at important venue. The complimentary cashew nuts were years old (as seen by date on the packaging) and stale. The hotel provided just 33cl of water between the two of us for a two-night stay. The TV was ancient and not fit for purpose. The hotel's app has not been updated for a few years (as showed very old events). The carpets were grubby and need replacing. The hotel's restaurant closes on a Wednesday, but no warning before arrival.

We love JUANA Hotel and it's not first time that we stay in it. Amazing place in the heart of Antibes with the very charming historical ambiance, lovely old architecture and real sparkling Cote dÁzur vibes! I love the staff here, which is so helpful, that you always feel like home. Especially, Roland, who magically can book any place for you in French Riviera, which is not possible to book in the high season! We're thankful with my little son for the warmth and hospitality to the team!

All was great, nothing to improve.

We haven't visited Hotel Juana for several years. It has been refurbished in a French chic style and it has returned to its former grandeur. The interior design is absolutely fabulous. Staff were friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble and we will certainly be returning as soon as we can.

The hotel is located close to the center of Juan Les Pins, in a quiet area and with easy walking to Juan Les Pins railway station. The staff were extremely professional and friendly and certainly enhanced your stay. The hotel also has a sister hotel, Belle Rives, just 5 minutes walk away, which is on the beach with bars and restaurants, that can be used.

    Nothing at all.

    9StuartPosted on: 8-1-2024

We loved the breakfast and loved our room. We also loved going to your sister hotel for cocktails!

Pity the showers were not working by the pool

    7SarahPosted on: 7-2-2024

Great location, loved the pool and the bar area and staff were very accommodating.

I felt them room had some dated facilities for a 5 star rating, the TV was very old and the toilet kept filling up even once flushed so that noise did disturb our sleep.

    6JamesPosted on: 6-30-2024

    Good location

Not 5 star, very dated and rundown.

    2IrinaPosted on: 6-29-2024

    I did not like anything

Old room very musty Breakfast poor quality Second floor room insecure No front desk I felt unsafe Charged for massage that was not confirmed

    10JonesPosted on: 5-29-2024

The staff are first class and very helpful The rooms are comfortable and well furnished The PASEO restaurant is very good for drinks and lunch

Pool could have had more facilities and more of a staff presence gor voffee and drinks

    1ChaimPosted on: 5-26-2024

Staff were nice when we arrived and helped us leave 20 minutes later after we were unsatisfied with the quality of the room

The room was not what we expected. The bathroom looked old and some paint peeling, the bath offers no shower curtain which means water will splash everywhere. The 2 pink chairs we found extremely uncomfortable. They advertise pictures on their website for the sister hotel, hotel Bella Reeves and mislead the consumer thinking its the one they book. After asking for a refund this was refused. I booked for 3 days, stayed for 20 minutes and was charged 730 euros! Not recommended

    Beautiful decor and great location

    Rooms could be updated

    10RoiPosted on: 4-30-2024

The service is the best the worker in the hotel always smiling always want to help you. The room is beautiful cleaning everything is great in this hotel. The parking in the valet is very good.

    4TimPosted on: 4-28-2024

Location is good, Art Deco influence.

Breakfast very poor - staff shabbily dressed. This is not a hotel with 5 star quality. Your internet photos are false as there is an ugly white building next door - not shown in your photos.
