Shake in , we came late the office was closed and it was difficult to find the office and the envelope for our appt who was on the other side of the street.

Great location, short walking distance to the beaches and shops, the old city and train station are located 10 min by walk. Very functional kitchenette with all you need to cook for yourself. This is good solution for 2 persons or family with 2 kids on the budget. Helpful staff that was able to give information. The swimming pool is small, but during my stay (at end of September) it was almost not used, as only 2-4 persons was using the pool, but sun beds are quite used. The given pictures of the property is real. Difficult to find the reception building when you arrive.

Helpful staff that was able to address the issues within 10 min time and provide the guidance, if needed.

Request for early check in was declined, we had to wait for the staff to open their window ( TIME : 9-12pm and 4-7 pm ONLY ) at door after transatlantic flight. Code that is required for the gates and doors was not provided in advance.

The pool was packed even until close and kind of dirty. The front desk staff wasn’t very clear answering my questions

Antibes beaches are fantastic

How close to Antibes and the town of Juan Les Pins the property is. It's functional with all amenities you need for a stay in the south of France. It isn't luxurious but it is clean, comfortable and a great base for exploring from.Air conditioning was a plus, really nice when you've been out in the sun all day to come back and literally chill out.

The property is perched on top of a hill, so be warned for those who are less mobile. Our 5yr old moaned about her "legs hurting" but it isn't that bad ?The children sleeping in the hallway of the property on bunk beds is a little odd as it's right by the front door.....didn't stop them from sleeping, just as a parent doesn't feel right.

Basic apartment, value for money. Pool was clean but did not have any sun beds which was a shame

The location was great.

They are lazy, no one pickup the the phone. They are also not interested to respond on email. So if you want to check any details before you come, you will find out only if you are lucky. The reception work only a few hours. No hairdryer in the room. But if you are lucky to get from the receptionist, you have to take it by yourself. You have to put the sheets by your own. Garbage you have to take care of. No cleaning lady. They should take money on spot, but they took it a week before from the account. If you run out of toilet paper, you have to make it yourself. We found only half a roll in the accommodation upon arrival. Basically, you pay the air. No service. And yes, the key they give you is corroded, so it is extremely difficult to lock and unlock the room.

The staff wasn't helpful at all, there was a free parking spot but they didn't allow us to use it since we didn't "reserve". We could not find any nearby parking spot (30min walk away was closest) but since we are with 3 kids we had to find another accommodation. We messaged the property several times but no response. Very disappointed with this booking, would not recommend

Horrible service, was not able to check in due to late arrival. The phone we were support to call was not responding, had to book a new hotel.

I had a nice balcony that looked over the pool. I loved the location because I could easily walk to Juan-les-Pin or Antibes. the room was like a small apartment.

The reception was not available for 2 hours during the day. I was not aware of that but should have read the email. Someone did help me to put my luggage in the storage closet so things worked out well.

Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Sleeper couch was super comfortable. Access to the pool is easy.

The bunk beds are quite small. Doesn't have an oven

The worst experience

I didn’t like anything about it. The elevator was broken and noone told us about it in advance we needed to carry three luggages to second floor. Noone from the staff helped us. It was miserable

Bed not made, one mini bar of soap, one roll toilet paper, one set of towels available in the room, although there were two of us, staying for two nights (we had to ask for extra). First night we could not find comfortable pillows (hidden behind a door in a closet), and used those on the sofa instead..

Good location close to the train station and beach.

Difficult to find the building, get into the room on arrival. Very small room with a pull down bed. The view was described as panoramic and it was a wall. Very basic amenities, there were students staying at this accommodation which gives you an idea of standard. Not 4 star as I was expecting.

Good modern apartments. Cleanliness at a high level. Good contact with the employee during working hours. However, when you arrive at the settlement later, there are many problems if you do not speak English. The code from the key box is not written by the employees on the booking, but given over the phone. You will not always understand information over the phone.

The amount of ants that appeared from the air conditioning also in the bathroom and other random places

Location with the view

It was very uncomfortable to have all the entrances electric for those keeping shabbatAnd that we had to make the beds from scratch when arriving very late at night
