    Pros +

    • There is no dinner or late night snack menu.
    • The hotel was walking distance to Juan Les Pins.Very quiet area . We also walked to Antibes every day . Great area .
    • The property was beautiful and well located! Our included breakfast was delicious. I loved that they provided pool/beach towels and partnered with a hotel down the road to use their beach club. The whole experience was awesome!

    Cons -

    • I can’t say anything bad!
    • We found the rooms to be a bit small.Suites were nice but 2 person room was tight to move around. It would have been nice to have coffee for guests in the am. We would often be leaving for day trips and they would charge you for a cup of coffee to go. Not a big deal but little touches go a long way. Location was a bit farther from the beach but we didn’t mind the 10-15 min walk.
    • road was closed by the hotel, limited our ability to walk to portions of the island

Location was fantastic, room was more than adequate and we had wonderful balcony. Staff was freindly and helpful.

Beds were very hard, for travelers understand you can't keep everyone happy, but need to upgrade their beds to something with a little softness.

Pool area and hospitality are wonderful. Bathroom in room was lovely.

Room was very small, but had a nice terrace. Overall was comfortable. A bit isolated from restaurants, beach etc. but very peaceful and quiet.

Quiet, luxurious area. Beautifully furnished communal areas. Clean and comfortable.

Slightly expensive for a hotel so far away from Antibes.

This is a really nice cozy boutique hotel in the area, a 10-15min walk away from the Juan-Les-Pins center. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful and still chic. I found the sleep quality to be very nice, although the pillows were a tad peculiar. The staff is extremely nice, going out of their way to accommodate guests and giving everyone a very warm welcome. The breakfast is very nice, a good choice of pastries, cheese and charcuterie, variations of eggs, juices, coffee. Definitely a very relaxing and a pleasant stay, highly recommended for people who enjoy comfort and wonderful views.

Whilst the check-in process had a nice intro to the surrounding area and things to do, it might have been a good idea to mention that Saramartel area is a gated community, where you can be stuck behind closed off streets struggling to find a way out (Google Maps does not lead you the correct way) if you are walking back from Antibes old town area. One thing to take into account that there is no restaurant in this hotel, they do offer some room service like pizza and soup, but if you end up going during unpleasant weather, then main option is ordering in or braving the weather to get to downtown or somewhere else.

The staff were exceptional. It was our daughter’s 11th birthday during our stay and they went out of their way to make it special. The breakfast was fab as was the whole decor of the hotel. Such a beautiful hotel made special by the Staff.

The weather - which no one has any control over

The staff are great. Marion upgraded us to a bigger room and we had early check in, the room was marvellous (108) and the bathroom one of the best I’ve experienced.

Breakfast could be better, the scrambled eggs were dry and the continental breakfast could have a bit more options in terms of charcuterie and cheeses. Also food are just snakes, no proper dinner or lunch which we were hoping for.

    10PaulPosted on: 4-15-2025

Beautiful hotel in very quiet part of town. Easy walking distance to nearest beach in one direction and, in a different direction, a similar distance to the edge of the town centre. Arriving at about 2200, our welcome could not have been more helpful and friendly. These attitudes were displayed by all the staff throughout our all too short stay. Drinks and bar snacks were available at that late hour; indeed, the hotel has food and drink available on a 24 hr basis. Breakfast is superb. The hotel grounds and pool area are immaculately kept. A really nice place to stay! Thank you

Very Happy with stay. Away from the very busy areas. Parking was a nice treat on the property easy to and from room room was also nicely done modern well done

    9StephenPosted on: 4-4-2025

Everything was just as we had hoped for. Staff brilliant; breakfast was plentiful, wholesome and nutritious. The only downside was that the hotel is at the top of a hill which can feel like a long walk back from the promenade. However, local taxis were available.

A nice little gem. Pleasantly surprised. Very quiet and spacious room. Friendly staff. Extensive breakfast.

Car park but due to people’s behavior.
