Pros +
- This is our bast stay! We enjoyed everything: design, friendly stuff, location, delicious food, view from the balcony. The best stay ever!
- Really great hotel. Beautiful art deco style architecture on a quiet street in the wonderful Juan Les Pins. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and were very patient with me as I practiced my French on them. The breakfast offering was plentiful and very good. The menu for the Rotonde bar was full of delicious French food - we ate very well!
- The breakfast was excellent but pricey. I suspect that is the case because there are few option nearby.
Cons -
- Nothing! I would like to visit again in high season.
- I think the pool needs attention. It was not the cleanest condition. There was floating green algae on the bottom thus it clearly needed to be swept clean. Also the foot bath as you approach the pool had similar conditions.
- Thought pool was a little bigger.

Beautiful property and nice views of the sea. Nice handwritten welcome note from property. Included a changing pad and bathtub for our infant.
Thought pool was a little bigger.
The room was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. The spa experience was exceptional. The check-in was delayed, but we were able to lounge on the rooftop and enjoy a lovely lunch and swim. We were there on Bastille Day and loved watching the fireworks on the rooftop where the staff generously accommodated us despite us not having a reservation.
The hotel staff seemed inexperienced and the Rotunda (cafe) staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed.
Perfect location, walking distance to Juan Les Pins beaches & restaurants and very short drive to Antibes. A real value for money.
The property is close to the sea; it has a roof terrace and a pool that opened the next day we arrived.
Excellent staff. Very friendly. We booked the sauna for one hour on arrival. Nice idea that you can book this facility. We arrived before the opening of the rooftop pool for the season. Excellent dinner and a huge range of produce for breakfast.
The location, the size of the room and the staff who were very, very attentive to us.
Score of 7/10 ...losing points because: a) even though it was April the facility appeared to still be set to winter season plans...no bar after 9.30pm; no floor 5 facility after 7pm; air conditioning set on winter setting / room was like a sauna the 1st night!; b) room was nice and clean but the corridor to it was stained and lacking TLC (tender loving care) maintenance; c) the beach front is still under construction with many of the nearby beaches inaccessible. Perhaps we should have been advised of this ...even though this situation is outside the Hotel's control, it would have been good to know this in advance. We loved Cap d'antibes and a score of 7 is a fair score we believe. Hope this will help you with your planning and comms with future residents. Thank you.
Location
Restaurant food terrible.. poorly cooked.. both of us had bad meals and very few customers in restaurant so no excuses for bad execution of the dinner. And certainly overpriced for quality. Didn’t eat there again for duration of stay Rooftop bar wasn’t open Needs an update for a 4 star hotel, worn in areas
Well maintained building lovely decor, staff excellent very good location.
Absolutely nothing
The room and view. It was clean.
The location was at least 30 minutes from the main facilities
Great service, good value for a 4 star hotel.
The is a lot of building noise as the building opposite, a new hotel, is being constructed.
Lovely room with a beautiful view. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Staff were professional and very helpful
Nothing, perfect stay
Excellent STAFF! Young, polite & very helpful.- a pleasure to see such a nice service (and professionalism ) from such young people, really a rare thing lately. They were all EXCELLENT !
Aluminum windows / balcony dirty
Staff is very kind, breakfast is good, room was spacious enough.
There’s a school right across the street, kids make themselves noticed :’)
Looked great on the photos
Arriving by car was a nightmare. Nowhere to stop and no help in advance even though I’d booked parking. Desk staff were friendly. Bar staff, one in particular, was plain rude - and worse, made my father feel like a poor man who didn’t belong there (this was by far the cheapest hotel we stayed in out five on this trip, and the only one where he wasn’t treated like an important guest). Not sure I could forgive that. The hotel is in an okay position but the website pix make it look better than it is. Room was clean but no attention to things like skirting boards, which can bring down the overall impression. Balconies were rubbish and the fit-out just felt a bit cheap. I’d never go back, mainly because of that rude woman.
Roof terrace, decor of building and rooms, location
Garage parking steep entrance should be advertised that unable to park sports cars in
Location is good, plenty to do around the hotel and only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The rooftop bar and pool has fantastic views.
We stayed for a week and didn’t get a single hot shower. The staff were apologetic for this and have since given a partial refund but this did put a dampener on our stay. The hotel is also right next to a church so we were woken by church bells at 8 o’clock every morning. We were asked to pay €150 per person per night for “use of the mini bar, spa and restaurant” on arrival. Nowhere in the terms and conditions does it mention this deposit, we had to ask not to pay it. Also, €29 per person per day for breakfast is extortionate. We instead opted to get breakfast from various local cafes and spent less than €7 per person per day.
