    • Everything was perfect: friendly staff, superb location, delicious breakfast and spacious room with comfy bed.
    • Loved the location and the atmosphere! Cute little bar downstairs, very nice hotel staff
    • So close to the beach and shops. Staff were lovely and friendly ? Love the area too.

    Cons -

    • Our room wasn't noise proof The people next door abd above us us were extremely noisy and unfortunately we could hear a lot of noise outside. The curtains in our room were paper thin, and the lights come through from the street, making it hard to sleep :(
    • Parking $22 per day extra, tough garage in and out.
    • The tub/shower, it makes me a little nervous but it was fine and I felt safe although it was pretty high climb to get inside.

quick walk to the beachfront for long walks. Great restaurants (La Momma, Ti Toque). Excellent breakfast. Room bigger than most (had upgrade).

Parking $22 per day extra, tough garage in and out.

Location was great, staff was nice, helpful and friendly. I had dinner on the beach twice and loved that! This is not about the property but there was a lot of construction near the beach, and the walk to Antibes was hilly so I mostly Ubered.

The tub/shower, it makes me a little nervous but it was fine and I felt safe although it was pretty high climb to get inside.

This is our 4th stay at Helios! We love the location, a block and a half from the beach and 2 blocks from the train station. The staff at Helios is outstanding: friendly, efficient, and always willing to help with directions and local information. We thank Patricia, Florence, Petra, Manon, and Patrick for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was very clean. We loved the view of the Mediterranean and the mountains. There are many good restaurants, brasseries, and cafes within walking distance. The beach is sandy and there is a sidewalk that goes along the the beautiful beach all the way to the neigboring town of Golfe Juan. We plan to return to the Helios next year!

We appreciated the free WIFI, but we sometimes had trouble with connectivity or the signal.

The breakfast is as always in these hotels, the was a choice of pastry, juices, eggs, bread etc. so everything was ok

    10AnnePosted on: 6-15-2025

Rooms were modern and clean as pictured. Beds were comfortable. We had two rooms. Comfort and triple.Hotel location is good. Close to beach, shops, and restaurants.

The room (with amazing balcony) , the staff and the location

    The elevators are very small

    10RagyPosted on: 4-29-2025

Amazing hotel , great location with very well maintained rooms .

I hate the staff that work there , they are all not helpful at all so rude and specially the woman called Patricia , she is un professional and don’t care about the guest she only wants to finish her job and don’t care about your experience

    Nice room and central location

    Noisy neighbourhood

    9MemnochPosted on: 4-22-2025

Very comfortable, spacious room, big bed. Hotel personnel speaks English as well. Very close to the sea, to a lot of restaurants and boulangerie/patisserie for breakfast. Parking available (not free). Pets are allowed.

Parking fee is a bit expensive

Breakfast can be improved, as well as the coffee offer in the rooms (nesacafe is not really the best for a 4 star hotel). The rooms are quite big, and it is set in a very good position from which one easily and quickly reaches both the sea and the pedestrian area full of restaurants and small shops.

    8ElenaPosted on: 4-8-2025

We didn’t got breakfast , the position were super ! The staff great as well .

    8MellonyPosted on: 1-5-2025

The property was clean, very comfortable and at a great location next to the beach.

The beach area that is designated for the hotel is still an additional charge for guests. That should be included with your stay in my opinion.

    8AnnikaPosted on: 10-21-2024

Our rooms were sea facing and located on the top floor with large balconies to enjoy the view! The rooms were spacious and well decorated, and I liked the large closets with plenty of hangers. The hotel was located one block from the beach boulevard.

I'm a light sleeper - despite thick, double paned sliding glass doors to balcony, street noise from vespas and motorcycles woke me in the middle of the night.

location to the station and city centre was so close. it's also walking distance to the promenade. kind staff.

rooms were under equiped, no espresso machine. had a smell inside, and soundproofing was very bad, I good hear people talk upstairs and next to me too. I would recommend staying in Antibes old town instead of Juen Les Pins

The reception staff at the Helios are outstanding!. A special thanks to Florence, Patricia, Manon, and Patrick who are all helpful, friendly, professional, and efficient. The staff went out of their way to make our stay at the Helios comfortable and memorable. Florence and Patricia arranged for drivers to transport us back and forth from the airport. The staff is also knowleable about interesting places to see in the area. This is our 3rd stay at the Helios, we enjoyed our 15 day stay so much that we are planning to return next year.

    Location, Cleanliness & Staff

Very poor internet connectivity. I travelled for work and I cannot use my laptop in my room, wifi is not even connecting.

    9AngelaPosted on: 10-5-2024

My room had been refurbished and was of a very high standard with sea views. The TV did not have English channnels which was disappointing and the wifi was unprotected. The breakfast was good and the staff in the hotel were friendly.

The TV did not have English channnels and I found it difficult to navigate which was disappointing and the wifi was unprotected and kept dropping out which was annoying.
