Excellently located for our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast offering. Room spotlessly clean. Great shower.

issue with restaurant and asking for fork to take to the room with the food I was bringing to my sick roommate. She was ill starting on Wednesday evening including through Sunday when we left. It was close to 9:30 closing and I took half of the 3 course meal to her. A female, not the waitress wanted to charge me a euro for bamboo utensils. I had just purchased 33.50 in food. Not happy. I was told by several Antibes Jumelege members that this was a nice hotel. I was part of the delegation that came to Antibes for the 35th anniversary to celebrate with the Mayor, the deputy mayor and the Twinning group our sister city relationship in Newport Beach, CA.

Good neighbourhood and parking

Friendliness of staff who helped us promptly in fixing an issue with our reserved room. The breakfast is nice and offers a decent variety of sweet and salty options. The room was very big and shutters ensured light does not bother you in the morning.

A tiny enhancement of sound insulation might make the room even better. Additional pillows, in particular the memory foam type might prove critical in securing a well resting night of sleep for customers.

Close to the sea, friendly staff and wonderful size room for a family of three.

I liked the proximity to everything, including local shopping and beautiful restaurants.

Very spacious room, easy entry and ample garage.Pets are allowed and there’s a nice inner garden even if it’s not huge.Located in front of a public small park open morning to evening.5min walk to the beach.

No dry cleaning or laundry service, there’s just a self service area where you can wash/dry/iron your clothes.Would be nice to have the possibility to pre-book the parking.

Good location - 5 min to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops nearby; very big spacious room with large terrace and large L-shaped hallway with build in wardrobes and separate toilet - it was handy as we could leave the pram in hallway, the room was very clean and comfortable with refrigerator and tea/coffee making facility. The sofa bed was a bit short and narrow. Single bed or foldable sofa would be more comfortable. There is a plenty of space in room for 3 single beds

Location

This hotel was not a hotel it was an old age home. The pictures didn’t match the pictures on the internet. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There was a medical office in the “hotel” since it’s an old age home.

The hotel was a great location to walk to the beach. The room was cleaned on time everyday. The rooms were large. The air conditioner worked well.

The grounds we dated. The hotel was nice to check -in but if you wanted help to make reservations any where they would not do that. They did however offer recommendations to try ourselves.

Rude personnel

Some of the workers were quite rude, I was surprised by it, I couldn’t believe it and this made me have a horrible experience at the hotel.Even one guy with grey hair and a black shirt came to me in a rude and treating tone saying “YOU ARE NOT AT HOMEEE” after I asked for some cutlery.

The hotel is very clean very well located.its part of complex for lond term.housing. staff werw very nice.

Good location easy walking distance to beach , restaurants and bars. Nicely laid out garden. Good breakfast. Lots of parking.

The plumbing was noisy, every time anyone in the hotel used the toilette or taps the noise of the tanks refilling went on for over 5 mins, which in the middle of the night was very annoying.
