AC Hotel Ambassadeur Antibes- Juan les Pins

I was able to get a great rate.

The hotel is very open plan and the noise from the ground floor can be heard on the 4thh floor.

Very friendly staff who were extremely accommodating. Hotel Employee made our trip an excellent experience.

Provided incorrect information at check-in. Hotel attempted to quote us one price for amenities and then charge another price at checkout.

Great location, great breakfast and the room . Family with sea view was perfect in size.

The gym is too old and the equipment definitely need to be renovated. Sauna was also ok. Not special.

Paper cups in the room, poor top up of drink bags, water cans not replaced daily, very small bathroom, worn out balcony chairs snagged my partners dress and it took 2 requests to have them changed. The hotel looked tired and there was no sign of attention to detail

The smell in the hotel but especially in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel is quite dated, equipment is damaged and dirty. We were not impressed especially considering the costs

The location was great, close to the train station, a 12 minute walk to Antibes and a short walk to the local beach and shops. The hotel was clean and tidy.

The usual debacle of people putting towels on beds by the pool seemed to be accepted by the staff so at many times there was no space by the pool. The price of drinks even just soft drinks and water was outrageous. The gym only had 2 working treadmills and some light dumbbells all other equipment was broken. And the gym air con didn’t work

Everything is a bit shabby - gym equipment all broken, rooms need to be done up, pool area needs to be tidied and painted. Expensive for what it was

Situated very close to the beach where the jazz Juan was taking place. Hotel very good, if you are a marriott bonvoy member even more benefits like early check in or late check out. Breakfast excellent. Jazz band played superbly at the hotel. Rooms are well isolated if you don't like noise. Food choices were good too. Staff very courteous.

Bathtub floor slippery needs a bath mat not provided. House Phone from room do not work to front desk or room service a bummer. To have extra glasses or ice one has to go to the lounge bar to get it themselves ! No croissant served at breakfast highly unusual? No bottle opener available. No cutlery in room. Paper cups instead of regular cups

Excellent location, staff very friendly (Except for housekeeper) gorgeous lobby, but the lobby and main room was a little too muggy and hot. It was less muggy and hot outside.

The hotel is ideally located a few minutes walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The room size was adequate, the bed was comfortable, we had a nice balcony facing the pool which was pleasant. The pool itself was clean and the garden well-kept.

We had no complaints.

Great hotel, with good facilities in a perfect location. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is my 5th time and will be back next year.
