Spacious, balcony, nice armoire and comfortable bed. Parking on site,and good continental breakfast with yogurt and juice. Juan le Pins is a noisy busy place in season but this place was far enough away to be quiet when it's time to sleep.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel itself was charming and well kept, and the optional breakfast was delicious.

Everything, the room is perfect and the team in the hotel are so nice. The hotel is super clean and the location is ideal

It was well located & historical. It is near the train station, shops and not far from tourist office.

I would like the breakfast to be included with the room.

Everything. It looks like it is out of a vintage postcard for Antibes. It was so pretty and perfectly located. I ate way too many candies by the front desk though. There is the most darling french woman that checked me in and she made everything so easy.

Smooth check in and out. Staff was super kind! The location is great and we only needed one night. Very cold AC which I appreciated!

There’s sadly no elevators and there were lots of bugs flying in the room. We asked for bug spray and there were only repellent. Staff was really kind but sadly the repellent didn’t work very well and we just had to live with them.

We absolutely loved this friendly, laid-back family-run hotel. The location is perfect and slightly set back from the main drag, so was very quiet. The rooms are pretty and cosy, and the breakfasts were delicious with good choice - we would definitely return.

This property is a gem. It’s a beautiful traditional house and garden close to the centre of everything. It was charming, as was the host. Breakfast was wonderful and there was secure parking. Would love to have stayed longer.

The listing didn’t say that there was a cost for the breakfast but then we learned there was a cost when we arrived. The room was pretty small.

Ideal location for trains and town and beach. Friendly welcoming owners. Hotel spotlessly clean. Air con kept room cool and ensures good nights sleep. Breakfast on the little terrace was lovely. Quite quirky. Not a modern cold hotel.

Location was great and the staff was very friendly.

Would be better if the staff new the English language to communicate better.

The staff were wonderful so kind friendly and efficient. Couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable.

The mattress was a little bit uncomfortable however we slept well.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Great location to the centre and very close to the train station. My room was very comfortable and clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend !

Perfect location, 3 minutes from the railway station or from the pedestrian streets filled with restaurants and cafes. Very quiet location and good quality bed linen.The staff were really lovely, felt like living with a family. Rooms are very clean and bathrooms looked like recently renovated. Extreme value for money and plentiful breakfast. Fridge in the room was very useful.
