    Pros +

    • Great location clean room really small
    • Perfect location. Five minute walk to train station and two minute walk to a very nice sandy beach.
    • The staff: They are very positive, and very helpful. They offered us free coffee in the terrace even though we didn't buy the breakfast. Also, the manager offered us beach towels whenever she sees us going for a swim. The room: The room was very clean. They change towels everyday and tidy up the room. It was also nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is kinda small but it was not a big deal for us. The sea view was great, I wish we came before the construction started, it would reach its full potential without it :) It was calm and quiet in general. The location: I think the location is great, very convenient. The bus and train station are close by. The beach is very close. The beach is very beautiful in the morning, very few people and the sea is calm and clear. It can be very noisy and crowded later in the day so I suggest choosing an early time. The cat: 10/10. He is very friendly, he most of the time sleeps under the sun, and likes to wander around but he lets people pet him quite often.

    Cons -

    • Be prepared to walk up stairs. Shower was very small.
    • -
    • High floor and no window

The hotel is very charming. It is right in the heart of Juan Les Pins but not noisy area. Just a few steps away from the beach, cafes, shopping and train station. Great Location. Even Greater staff. They are very helpful, very positive, very kind makes the stay even more comfortable.

The staff was so nice and helpful, and the room was very clean on check in day! The location was great and allowed us to do many different things in a short amount of time.

The location is good, near the beach. Clean hotel.

This is not a 3 star hotel. Room does not have a desk, telephone, no staff available in evening or other qualifiers for a 3 star hotel. In addition there is no elevator, tiny bathroom with only hot water in the shower and no drainage, tiny tv, bad wifi, only parts of the staff speak english etc.

This is a delightful place to stay. The hotel has a 1930s elegance and is very tastefully decorated. My room was airy, peaceful and full of light, with a high ceiling and a lovely view. The hotel is run by a fantastic team who make every effort to make you comfortable. The buffet breakfast is exceptional and served in lovely surroundings - there is a terrace. The attention to detail throughout is impressive. I loved it!

    Nothing!

Very good breakfast, amazing staff and Dobby (the cat) was definitely a plus!

We loved Joanna the owner along with the cat named Dobby. We loved our room with a view and the bed was comfortable. Right next to the train station which was fantastic. Also could walk to many great beaches.

Lovely decor, perfect location (near the train station and near the beach) and super lovely staff

Nothing really, just to take into account that there is no elevator if u need it

The hotel was wonderful and exceeded all expectations. It is a beautiful historical building with a two minute walk from the beach and the train station. Although the hotel is located in the town centre, it was very quiet in the evenings. Our room was lovely with very tall ceilings, a queen-sized bed, AC, fridge and even automated shutters that were very useful at night and when the weather turned a bit stormy. The breakfast was not included in the price of the room, but it was also great. There were fresh croissants, pastries, yoghurts, juices, teas and coffees. I would like to say a special thank you to Johanne, who took care of us during our stay, was very welcoming, and accommodated our request of checking out the evening before our last day because of our 8am flights. Special mention goes to Dobby, the hotel cat, who was absolutely adorable!

A very cozy and incredible comfortable little homestay ! The owner is so nice, she made us feel like home throughout the entire stay. Location is excellent, literally 5 min walk to everything, including the train station and the beach. Many good restaurants nearby. If you feel fancy, hop on a train and ride 10 min to Cannes, or walk 25 min to the old town. Other than that, no need to walk much as the beach is right in front of the hotel. The cleaning is very high standard, breakfast is delicious and fresh. We will stay here again if we decide to return to Juan les Pins next year.

The only little downside is that there is no elevator , however the hotel ladies were kind enough to bring our suitcase upstairs.

The lady who helped me on arrival was so helpfull and friendly. Hôtel is safe and has it own charm.

The Hôtel was walking distance to the sea and charming restaurants.
